Pros.. Love the location being able to wake up each morning overlooking the Sydney Harbour, love the pillows. Hard to find comfy pillows. Very cozy apartment. This is our 2nd stay here and will always be our choice. There are so many good restaurants below the hotel & ferries to go cruising to another place like Manly. Cons.. This is very minor but they dont provide scissors in the kitchen though they do have knife. Quite inconvenient when we need to cut stuffs. And pots/ pans will be great if they are non-stick.

I wanted to treat myself to a night in the city and decided to stay at his hotel. Since another Pullman in the CBD had disappointed me, I was a little wary but happily my concerns were unwarranted. I was early for check in and was happy to wait, though I barely got to the nearby convenience store and back before the room was ready - excellent! I'd booked a park view apartment, so I wondered if I'd got turned around when I found my room number in the corridor. Turns out I'd been upgraded to a harbour view - also excellent! Can't beat that view. Circular Quay has ample dinner options so I didn't stay in (you can take the lift down to a convenient harbour-side exit). As for breakfast, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a buffet but obviously I survived. I never did get the tea I asked for, but that's a minor quibble.

This hotel is great. View, staff and amenities all worth the money

I read the negative reviews on this hotel and found they were just wrong. From checking in early (a 6am international flight arrival) to a fully occupied hotel, the staff were attentive and helpful. Organised our suite as soon as available for early checkin. The rooms are a bit older, but the harbour view more than makes up for it. I worked back into Asia from the suite, and the wifi was excellent. The hotel restaurant and bar are excellent. Highly recommend

We attended a wedding there last week. It is very popular there, with back to back events throughout the day. Stunning harbour views explains the popularity. Only problem is my camera doesn’t cope well with the backlighting, so my tip is, play around with your flash and iso before you go. I finally worked out how to fill in with the flash, but iPhone works fine though. Had a great reception in one of the ballrooms. Mitch and Oliver were fantastic, great service, as well as very knowledgeable about travelling, wine, etc. Definitely recommend.

This hotel has the most amazing location right in the middle of Sydney quay overlooking harbour. We were very lucky to get a room on the eighth floor, which had a spectacular view over the harbour itself The hotel is very modern and is apart hotel in style. We did not eat in the hotel and the bar of the hotel is shared with the public The room itself was a one bedroom suite, which was very large. However, it was in poor condition with chipped furniture, shabby decor, and an old-fashioned bathroom with worn out fittings. It’s a shame really, as when you look at the hotel beyond the room, it looks like it was only built six months ago
