Very comfortable hotel, central location, large room with full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and great views. We only had city view, but go up to swimming pool on 23rd floor for views of Sydney Bridge and opera house. Highly recommended.

Our travel agent booked this for us specifically because of its location in Sydney and it was an apartment with laundry facilities which we needed at the midpoint of our holiday in Australia. On arrival the receptionist put us in a bad mood with her attitude. Our first impression of the apartment was how worn and tired everything was. According to the hotel our agent had booked us an un-refurbished room, although our agent has no paperwork to that effect. James, the hotel manager met with us and did everything he could to smooth the situation. This is a very brief summary of our email exchange with the hotel manager.

We booked a room at The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney well in advance requesting a quiet room away from the lifts. The room was neither of these. We had multiple promises to correct things including a complimentary bottle of wine. Nothing materialise. Steep stairs to the pool and a lack of railings to get to the spa was another blow.

Very good value for money, nice spacious one bedrooms, they have everything, kitchen, dining and laundry. Fantastic spot at The Rocks, can walk everywhere.The lounge and bed were comfortable, great views. The pool great to have a swim. We will be back

Exceptional good value for its location. Perfect view of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. Clean. Amazing staff throughout. Perfect for one nights stay or a week. Close to everything that Sydney has to offer. It is certainly worth the little extra to have a suite overlooking Sydney Harbour.
