Staff were super helpful and friendly . Comfortable beds . Lovely spacious bathroom . Love the robe, slippers ,  coffee machine and free water. Lovely pool area and the water was perfect temperature. Foyer area was stunning . Nice entertainment Friday night.  Negatives were the extremely inappropriate music playing around the pool that was full of kids in the afternoon! Not all lifts and buttons were working so there was sometimes a wait to go up. Shower head didn’t move and was pointed directly at the door so you couldn’t really get in without wetting everything outside the shower! Pillows were way too soft for me. Ended up either a stiff neck. Rooms were a bit dated.

We had an enjoyable stay in the Swissotel. From check in to check out we could nor fault the service. The only thing I could fault is the lifts. Only 2 lifts working to take proper to their rooms. This was problematic on check out as the lifts were often quite full by the time they got to us. It too is over 20 min to get a lift. Both restaurant and room service were great, room was clean tidy and cool - which was a bonus in the Aussie summer hear. Location was great, restaurant and shopping close by We would stay here again

Overpriced average room, breakfast not included. If I'm staying elsewhere, I have been coming to Arches for years and this will be my last time due to the incompetent, argumentative bar staff. Enough is enough!

Comfy and spacious Executive Room with access to Executive Lounge, strategic location of the hotel itself with many access to public transportation and great amenities and wellness facilities including Purovel ones.
