This is a good hotel with good facilities and nice and clean rooms, we stayed there for 9 nights over New Year and it was a pleasant stay, an extra plus for the cleaning/service staff who were very good! The only problem was the lifts which are undergoing renovation/upgrade so there is a lot of waiting but it was not a major problem

Perfection . Not even a minor issue for us . Rooms fabulous . Lounge food great . Location is perfect . Staff lovely . Lovely bottle of champagne left for us on New Year’s Eve

Excellent location in the heart of the CBD, and the hotel itself feels modern and well refurbished. I honestly can’t quite understand some of the negative reviews. The lifts can get a bit busy during peak hours, but nothing particularly inconvenient. I would happily stay here again if I were looking to be in the CBD.

Great stay for 3 nights Room was spacious and clean Breakfast was good , didn’t eat at tge restaurant but my wife has and enjoyed it Staff friendly and efficient Great location for everything

Nice hotel in heart of cbd

This hotel is in a great location , in the heart of cbd close to shopping , transport etc The ground floor staff were helpful to hold our bags until it was time for check in. Front desk staff were good and quick to register me as a guest before checkin and quick to call when room was ready earlier. Much appreciated. I had 2 rooms booked and had to call them regarding key to 2nd room. I did request extra towels as we have kids and hotel rooms never have enough space to dry towels Don’t think they came , probably see the review recently. One of the lifts is being refurbished so quite often there was a line up to use lift and during peak periods , check in/out , dinner breakfast. Lifts were often crowded. So keep that in mind when heading to a reservation. We have stayed a few times we like the location however the rooms are starting to look tired. That said the rooms and bathrooms are spacious for a hotel in any major city.
