Staff were professional and helpful however when we opened the front door the room smelled musty from mould. The bedroom ceiling had a considerable amount of mould and we kept the doors open to the veranda to create airflow. Not a great experience. I mentioned this to reception however they did not have another room to move us in!

There is absolutely no excuse for a musty smell or visible mould, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort and disappointment this caused. This is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the bedroom ceiling and overall air quality have been taken very seriously and have been escalated to our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate inspection and remediation. We also regret that we were unable to relocate you during your stay due to lack of availability. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after bringing it to our attention. Please be assured that we are addressing this matter to prevent it from happening again. Extremely welcoming and lovely reception staff! The pool was great and we were able to use it while waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived in Noosa early. And our room was perfect! Super comfy bed, excellent bathroom and lounge area! Only wished we stayed longer!

The room was large and well appointed. Pool lovely. Hotel parking great. Location incredible. Just the air-conditioning was freezing with no temperature control (although some rooms had temperature control). The tiles on the floor were often damp when I ran the air-conditioning and they were freezing cold. Coldest tiles I've ever stepped onto. Thanks for the slippers.
