Our room was very comfortable and the location was the best asset. However as an All Accor Platinum member there was no record of this on arrival (even though I booked through the All Accor App. Therefore there was no ‘welcome package’ in our room. This package was delivered to our room after we had settled in. Another consequence of the lack of recognition of my All Accor status is that, at this point, there has been no points added to my membership record.

This is a convenient place to stay in Noosa Heads; staff were very friendly and helpful only drawback was to rooms although very comfortable and starting to show age and definitely require updating.
