Stayed here for a week (conference and timeout). Great rooms / restaurant / bar / service. I understand that some rooms have been refurbished - great job. Bar / restaurant service always good - in particular Artie who went out of his way with great service each time I was there.

My mum and I recently stayed here for eight nights in May. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was absolutely beautiful. Exceptional appointments, comfortable beds, lovely views and very clean and tidy as well. Special shout out for the amazing showerhead and the cleanliness of the shower. The ambience of the hotel is delightful and the attention we received from every staff member was exceptional. When we come back to Cairns, we will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend this amazing exceptional beautiful luxurious hotel.

A shame !

We stayed one night my partner and I last weekend and our experience was definitely not the best, specially for the price. The localisation is great, the view is great too (we had a room in 11th floor). But that’s it ! The room was old, mattress not confortable, some stuffs broken in the bathroom, very little choice in the minibar, TV very small, not even smart, we couldn’t watch a streaming platform. Have to pay for the parking. But the worst was the overnight room service ! We were on jetlag, so we couldn’t sleep during the night so we ordered something. Choice on the menu is very little already but we’ve been told only the cheese and meat platter was available. So we ordered it…what a mistake !! They probably use the cheapest food ever, and off. Gressinis were soft, just piece of "brie" so disgusting you wouldn’t even give it to your dog. But worst : the piece of chicken was rotten, I smelled it and I felt sick straight away. Even to look at it. What a shame to give that to your customers for 20-30 $ who paid more than 300 the room already. I’m furious !

Ben the barman made amazing cocktails and gave us great ideas of where to go in Cairns. The staff were very good at the hotel and we definitely would come back. The newly decorated harbour view room was very comfortable too.

Enjoyable Time in the Tropics

My wife and I spent time on the QLD Northern Beaches and decided we would move into Cairns and stay at the Pullman Cairns International for 4 nights before flying home, we enjoyed our stay immensely, we are Accor Members and were offered an upgraded to a higher room at minimal cost. Also having the Accor Advantage Club card allowed us to enjoy fabulous food for both Breakfast and Dinner in the Coco's restaurant. Conveniently located within walking distance of the many attractions the City of Cairns has to offer. I would highly recommend this beautiful Hotel.
