Perfect location - lovely gardens and pool area. Went off season and was upgraded to a ground floor garden/pool access room which was perfect. Reasonably priced compared to other places at Palm Cove. Very clean, block out blinds AC and fans. TV in bedroom did not work but not an issue.

Dirty, tired establishment, rude & disinterested staff & management

Tired and shabby establishment. Room not cleaned properly, no room servicing. Rude and disinterested staff. Manager refused to make contact when requested. Avoid. Far better places around

We loved the location, pool and gardens. Our room had a balcony with a great view over the pool, But our room was pretty bad. Our King bed was 2 halfs put together, and my half had 2 legs missing off the bottom and was on an angle. For 2 nights I thought it was a terrible mattress, then we told reception it was broken but it was Saturday so they couldn't do anything until Monday. We stuffed a mixing bowl under it which helped. Also by the weekend we realised our door wasn't locking, this also couldn't be fixed until Monday, so for 3 days we had a room that we couldn't lock. Pretty unimpressed to be honest, they gave us a voucher for a free coffee each, but I am the only one in my family who drinks coffee, and Vivo where the voucher was for was always terribly busy in the mornings, so that was pretty lame. Our room also had no luggage racks, and hardly anywhere to put your luggage. There was an incredibly bright light right outside our bedroom window that was on all night, our curtains were so ridiculously thin it was like daylight in our room. I hardly slept for 3 nights until we hung the quilt over the window each night. For the price you pay you really shouldn't have to have so many things to sort yourself to improve your stay, or such horribly thin curtains. To top it off the WIFI was horrendous, it was worse than dial up at times.

Tropical Paradise, Stunning Pool Setting with wide open views would highly recommend to all.

Highly recommend Mantra Amphora such a stunning location the complex is well maintained and open and spacious. The highlight was the amazing lagoon pool. The complex had plenty sun loungers all spread out around the pool giving plenty of options. The layout of the complex allows all rooms to have a lovely view and nice and open. We stayed in a superior 1 bedroom poolside apartment could not have been more happier. Thank you so much for the friendly staff for accommodating us last minute. We very much look forward to returning.

Unprofessional staff, horrible room outdated but furniture in terrible shape. Before you book check what are you getting as apps don't really tell you. Never will go there again,
