Overall I couldn’t fault the facilities and customer service. But sadly, it’s unlikely I would ever stay here again due to not accepting cash as payment. I’m under the understanding that you cannot refuse cash as it’s legal tender. This was very disappointing but everything else was lovely.

First of all the receptionist was not cooperative and hard to communicate with due to language barrier. He gave us a room that had a damp smell that affected our breathing and it had insects and spider webs. In the evening we called the receptionist was a different person, very cooperative and he changed out room to a clean refurbished room. On another note, in my reservation i added a comment that I'll be celebrating my birthday but there was no gesture or special treatment/ welcoming for my birthday.

We stayed at Pullman Palm Cove for my niece’s 18th. The reception and restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure our time was amazing. The food excellent! The only downside was that the pool was pretty warm given it was summer but that didn’t stop the kids from swimming all morning.

Very disappointed - absolutely not up to a Pullman standard large resort at the very end of Palm Cove but super neglected felt more like a musty old Asian resort! The whole experience was underwhelming to say the least. Yes I booked a red hot room deal and thankfully didn’t pay full price or I would’ve been extremely disappointed - there was no upgrade and I had to push the limit to get a late checkout which he begrudgingly gave me until 1pm - despite there lucky to be 50% occupancy. Pool bar was barricaded off like a demolition zone for renovations- and the restaurant staff couldn’t really care the menu was boring basic and not at all appealing - very disappointed and will definitely go back to Peppers next time
