Chère Madame, cher Monsieur Je vous écris au sujet de mes réservations n° PLGDDBFH à l'Ibis Budget Belfort Centre. A notre arrivée aujourd'hui, nous avons constaté que les chambres étaient sales, dégageaient une odeur désagréable et persistante et que l'ambiance générale était inacceptable. Ces conditions étaient d'autant plus problématiques que nous voyagions avec un enfant de trois ans, pour qui le séjour était totalement inadapté et potentiellement dangereux pour la santé. Nous avons été contraints de quitter l'hôtel immédiatement et l'avons fait savoir à la dame de la réception. Nous demandons donc une annulation immédiate et sans frais ainsi qu'un remboursement complet de la réservation. Nous espérons une réponse rapide et une solution satisfaisante. Sincèrement, Martin T. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren ich schreibe Ihnen bezüglich meiner Buchungen Nr. PLGDDBFH im Ibis Budget Belfort Centre. Bei unserer heutigen Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Zimmer schmutzig waren, einen unangenehmen und anhaltenden Geruch verströmten und die allgemeine Atmosphäre unzumutbar war. Diese Zustände waren umso problematischer, als wir mit einem dreijährigen Kind reisten, für das der Aufenthalt völlig ungeeignet und potenziell gesundheitsschädlich war. Wir waren gezwungen, das Hotel sofort zu verlassen und haben das der Dame an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Wir fordern daher eine sofortige und kostenfreie Stornierung sowie eine vollständige Rückerstattung der Buchung. Wir hoffen auf eine schnelle Antwort und eine zufriedenstellende Lösung.

Hôtel réservé en derniere minute pour les Eurockéennes de Belfort. On cherchait un lieu proche et pas cher. L'accueil était super, le veilleur de nuit est adorable. Le seul point négatif, c'est le matelas. Dur comme du bois, pourtant on sent que c'est de la bonne literie, rénovée récemment. J'ai très mal dormi, ma fille également. La chambre était très propre. C'est assez petit mais fonctionnel, parfait pour ce qu'on cherchait. Vraiment dommage pour le lit.
