Very dirty breakfast tables

I hated that. When I arrived at breakfast lounge, all the tables were dirty, with leftover food of other guests. Nobody for cleaning, just after I complain.

The hotel was very pleasant. Room and bathroom had enough space for me and my mom. Breakfast was nice. Two points: the duvet had stains but it was changed fast. During the breakfast I saw a cup stained with lipstick and it was put togethe with the clean ones. Some cleaning issues to be solved by the hotel then.

Extremely helpful staff and great location

This is a very well located hotel. Right next to the mall, with a direct walking path to it and a dedicated entrance. Staff was extremely helpful. There is covered parking for motorcycles next to the hotel’s front door, with is very convenient for travelers like myself. I was first given a room with very poor WiFi reception, but the staff immediately gave me another room and the reception was great.
