This is probably the 4th time my wife and I have spent our anniversary with you and I doubt it’ll be the last. The duvet is soft the shower has amazing pressure breakfast is amazing the coffee the location the staff… on and on it’s all incredible! If we had the Harbour view it would be 10/10. But that’s on us. You guys are amazing. Thank you for another unforgettable vacation in Auckland.

Our three night stay at the end of August was Excellent. We were met by your best concerige Careem and as always the biggest smile he can give.He has to be the best asset the Sofitel Vaiduct has, has been there for a long time now and always remembers us. We checked in with Poto and Lucas and were greeted very warmly and professionally, and offered afternoon tea in the lounge. We had a nice evening in the Club Millesime and then to the La Maree Resturant for dinner which was not up to the usual standard of this beautiful restaurant.We spoke with a staff member about it and he was going to pass it on to the chef. We had a great breakfast and an excellent Spa treatment for myself and Alexis my wife.Alexis had the best Facial from Nuk that she has ever had. I had an excellent massage from Kan , but had a cramp in my left calf which Nuk dealt with very well thank you,excellent Spa staff all round.Also Conner in the Millesime lounge was great , happy and professional in his job Time flies when you stay in at such a beautiful hotel and the next couple of days did just that and unfortunately had to check out on the Friday, and Anastasia done that very well,and a very happy young lady she is. As we always say we will be back.
