Lovely pizzas at the Chill cafe. Raquel was very attentive and gave us orange slices in our water. Quiet and relaxing setting. Train information displayed, comfy seats. Didn’t try the hotel itself so can’t comment on that.

I had booked two rooms on your internet website and paid with the American Express card. When we arrived, the two women at the front reception had a lot of trouble locating the reservation even though I presented them with a print-out confirmation for two rooms. After 15-20 minutes, they gave us two keys and we went to the rooms. The next morning a letter came to one of the rooms asking me to come to the front desk again since there were questions about payment for one of the rooms. I had discarded the print-out but was able to show payment by accessing my American Express account. This took another 10 minutes -- but once I showed them Amex payment they located confirmation in the hotel system and were very apologetic, blaming the delays and complications on an IT issue.

Stayed for three nights

We do not have our own laundry service, which means this service is provided by an external company. Ok but very noisy

Convenient location for a stay. Twin beds were literally touching so no different to a double. The most noisy plumbing ever- if someone elsewhere in the building went to the loo on the night the gushing water sound above my head woke me up. Unimpressed with having to secure £50 deposit as part of check in (which still hasn’t been released) we were going to be there for 8 hours with no intent of buying anything

I have stayed in this hotel around 6 times and I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are always extremely clean and the decor is lovely. The breakfast is always fantastic and plenty of variety. The hotel is right next to the train station, bus stop and taxi rank. The hotel is very quiet for being in a busy area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
