The hotel itself is nice but the experience with the underground car park was not. When I was due to leave another car had parked in the middle of the underground in a place which was not a parking space. This made it very hard to get out. Unfortunately, the staff did not know who the car belonged to as they only took names and not car registration numbers.

We enjoyed the size and layout of the room. It was well located to walk to the main plaza and other attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our only area for improvement would be to include a small refrigerator in the rooms.
