Good position of the hotel, close to main sightseeings. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was what we needed. Quiet street, even close to center.

The location is great, easy to walk to main bits of Zaragoza. The room reassembled a prison cell. There was no effort made to make it cosy. Walls were bare, no pictures, floor is bare concrete. No soft furnishings, no desk just one very uncomfortable chair and beds. The bathroom was nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was basic but OK.

Typical city hotel in the heart of Zaragoza. Excellent for a weekend escape like ours. Good price-quality value. Clean rooms, flat screen and large bathroom. Staff at the front desk was friendly, however when your asked for insider tips (like good restaurants, taxi prizes, etc.) the response was a bit random

we were given a room right next to an elevator when other rooms where available. elevator was very noisy and constantly moving. we could not sleep and complained to the desk. they assigned us a room away from the elevator and had to pack up and move. It was a waste of time and sleep.
