When i book via phone, the officer say the price is 620++k, i have confirm that price include breakfast. But, when i check in, the receptionist say that price exclude breakfast. So i need to pay more. So, i get cheat from your officer. The room is not clean. The bathroom ia quite stinky, the boiler is dirty. Refrigator is doesn't work. So bad experience.

I had an amazing experience. Thanks for the friendly staff especially at the front desk. Concierge staff always offer help whenever he saw us bought some stuff. The front desk staff who assist us for checkin process was really nice even though he seems really busy.

Probably The Best Hotel Near Banjarmasin Airport

Stayed in Novotel Banjarmasin for the second time. Much has improved since the first one late last year. Room was cleaned properly, breakfast has good option, staffs are well trained on LeClub and Accor Plus benefit. One of the major issue I had during my first stay was the strong cigarette smoke odor in the room. I'm glad that the room I had for this second stay was free from the smoke odor, except the inside of the wall cabinet. Overall, Novotel Banjarmasin lived up to my expectation of Novotel brand in Indonesia. I chose Novotel Banjarmasin due to its proximity to the airport, it certainly is the best hotel within the airport's vicinity.

I went stay at Novotel Banjarmasin only few hours since late arrival and very early departure. It was so tired but feel better when see the view of Novotel Banjarmasin. Unfortunately there is no pick up transfer even close enough from the airport.

Kalimantan was on fire when we arrived. The burning forests. So it was good that our hotel was clean and modern and allowed us to escape the smog. We were out and about most of the time so only really used the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. And dinner on the last night. Breakfast was great - a wide variety of asian and western items. Coffee could have been better. All the staff we met - reception, housekeeping, restaurant - were friendly and helpful and polite. A la carte dinner was very average. Can't recommend it I'm afraid. We should have popped out to a local place.
