I've booked twice for my trip to Banjarmasin. On my second check in, I noticed the refrigerator in the room was not functioning. Pity that I intended to use it for chilled drinks.

The room was very dirty, the bed sheets were stained and smelly, the towels were also very rugged and dirty. Overall it was not a good experience at all.

Check in was average as someone jumped into my queue but receptionist didn’t do anything. Room cleanliness was okay but had to ask for mosquito spray due to lots of mosquito in the room. Bathroom shower was okay but only rain shower can be used. Ordered fried rice with chicken but chicken was tasteless. Restaurant also forgot to provide utensils and straw. Had breakfast in the restaurant but no one care about assisting with seating as it was full.
