Très mauvais séjour. A ce jour il s'agit du Ibis Style sur lequel je ne reviendrai plus. Ascenseur en panne avec 6 étages à monter et réservation de 2 nuits. L'hôte nois a indiqué en plus à notre arrivée qu'il était en panne depuis 2 semaines déjà. Les toilettes du rez de chaussé HS donc à chaque il fallait remonter à pied au 6ième avec des enfants... Chambre très très petites pour une chambre famille. Ménage à peine fait des taches sur le miroir. De la poussière un peu partout... Franchement je ne recommanderai pas cet établissement. En plus l'ensemble de l'établissement est très vétuste.

Super hotel in the Pigalle/Montmartre area, worth a visit. Unique experience. Great staff always ready to help and act. Crazy staircase for the healthy, life for the others. Very clean, fast, attentive room servicing and a very full breakfast buffet also. Extra vitamins for runners provided (and eclairs).

Simple and very affordable hotel. The cheapest we found for our family. The standards of the room and breakfast are as expected for a 3 star hotel. However, as am used to stay at 4 ou 5 stars hotel for work purposes, I can sure you that your staff like Basyt have work ethic for 5 stars hôtels if not more.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff, helpful, unique. Clean, well attended rooms, serviced by 10 am! Daft 110+ spiral staircase that I love (or take the lift). Enjoyed the special vitamins provided for Paris Marathon runners. Great breakfast options. Consistently great over the 10 years I have been travelling there.
