If you want to chill, this hotel takes relaxation to the next level. The hotel is in a quiet cove, immaculate beach. Ideal place to watch the sun go down, grab a drink from the bar & watch the amazing sunset from the cove. Reception make it very easy to check in/ out. Nothing is to much effort, just ask.

Great place to relax

Located along a quiet bay (with local shops and restaurants all in very short walking distance). We stayed in the room with the direct pool access, away from most of the kiddies. Liked the spa very much. For simple but good massage there’s the massage setup facing the main pool. Staff was attentive and helpful. Some needed better command of English, but there was always someone around that can. We didn’t use the lounge chairs cuz there were only 20 along their beach front which were usually all taken. We had drinks on the beach every afternoon to see the nice sunsets.

Mercure Koh Chang is located on an awesome beach. The room that we’ve got had direct access to the beach from the balcony ( exactly like I asked when booking the room). The staff are always very welcoming and always maintaining the garden and facilities. The only thing that needs improvement is the outdated exterior and interior of the hotel. Overall it is a 10 out of 10 and I will go again if I have the opportunity.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay here at the Mercure Hideaway. We got the private pool villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Room was massive, comfortable bed, great facilities in the bathroom and the outdoor area was perfect. The pool was so nice we loved every part of our stay. The private beach was just beautiful, so peaceful. We ate in the hotel a few times and food was very yummy. The staff all very helpful and friendly. Lots of great spots near by to eat as well. We will definitely be returning here.
