We booked pool villa for 2 nights. The room was spacious. The hot water didn’t work on the first night so we have them fix it for us on the second day. However the hot water had very low pressure. It took us almost an hour to fill a jacuzzi. They also forgot to give us a bottle of water on the second day so we need to call reception to fill it. Apart from that everything was nice. Staff was attentive and had great service mind. Overall a pleasant stay.

Far away Resort and bad attitude reception

The way to the accommodation is quite scary and very dangerous. The accommodation did not tell or recommend how we should travel. The accommodation did not have a shuttle bus to the pier. The room I stayed in the first night was a free room, but it was a room with a very bad smell, like no one had lived there for a long time. Since I got a free room for one night when I checked in, I booked another night by paying directly to the resort, and it was a different room type than the one I booked. I asked the staff if they could upgrade me for free, but the staff asked me if I was going to downgrade myself. The staff did not listen to what I said. I do not know her name, but she was the same woman who checked in and checked me out. I did not like her behavior. I did not like her not listening to my questions well.

For the smell in room we will do our utmost to focus on cleanliness in room more strongly. As for the service of employees with bad manners, we have called them for training and issued a warning so that this will not happen again.
