Unfortunately, we have to shorten our stay due to flooding situation, and we have plan to go to the next island which can’t postponed. Everything was perfect, the staff, the service, the room, the atmosphere. We can’t thank to the front team enough, led by super handsome manager Khun Tent, together with his team Khun Mew, Khun New and the bellman Khun David. They were always ready to help, greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcomed. We definitely come back again, hopefully longer stay for next visit.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially reception team. They tried to go extra mile making sure my wife and I had a great time at the resort. Tent and the team also generous in allowing us to experience the Ocean view room, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and well maintained every day. Personally, I much preferred the Ocean view over than the Garden one. Swimming pool was partially under maintenance, however , the beach is lovely with a beautiful view at sunset. Breakfast was okay, although there wasn’t anything particularly mentioned.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Mercure. The room was a bit old but comfortable, and staff were incredibly lovely. Unfortunately, the main pool was under maintenance during our stay. We were greeted by Tent, who was very attentive and professional from the moment we arrived. He is truly real gem of the resort and made our stay more enjoyable.

We stay in the low season. Resort pretty quiet. We got upgrade to Villa which very nice touch. WiFi not stable. Thank you for Khun Tent and his Front office team to help make our stay more enjoyable. Recommend!

zero english language, tours booked through hotel were terrible not professional with zero english drivers again not proper tour guides and EXPENSIVE using open air "taxi's" not private cars. Ocean not possible to swim min just under water are thousands of rocks very dangerous and photos on website are deceptive be careful if you have children and Hotel is a long way away from basic things no shops like 7 eleven are around. My advice chose hotel in a better position.

The location was ok with a good beachfront. We were giva room with garden view and a jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi kept leaking when drain, so the bathroom floor was a mess after every use. Insufficient lighting in the room making it too dim to stay except for the evening-night. The breakfast was sufficient with good Thai dishes. Staff was friendly.

The resort itself is not bad but is certainly not modern. We went during summer, monsoon period, but we found just a empty hotel without any kind of entertainment. The coffee at breakfast was instant coffee and we had to pay for a Starbucks coffee. Part of the team was amazing, especially the waiters, but the desk staff was really poorly trained. I’m a platinum member and I felt treated like the last of the tourists … terrible experience. The pool we had in our room was amazing.. it’s the best part of this hotel. For the rest just an empty cathedral in the jungle.

The reception and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nothing to complain about. A pleasant stay. Breakfast was good for me during the off-season Thai and Western food perfect.

The room had a split level floor with a step from one level to the next with no banister. The only seating in the room was extremely uncomfortable with no effective back support. The mattress was on the floor rather than on a Devan making it difficult to go to bed or get up - I am 68.

First of all, I would sincerely would like to say Thank You So Much for your service and we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Everything about hotel is extremely good and we couldn't find the best suitable words to describe it. Location, cleanliness, foods, friendly helpful staffs and quiet environment everything is great. The most satisfying service is the helpfulness of the staffs in transportation processes and they can handle every request. We would like to give 9stars and it should be 10 if the price of breakfast buffet were a little less compared to the variety of foods displayed.
