It was like sleeping in a workers' quarters.

good value for staying, clam but modern.

Had power cuts and no water for a day then the water was brown. But cleared up Hotel was stunning otherwise

Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway with a nice room upgrade thanks to my Accor Platinum status. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the reception staff were especially kind and helpful throughout the stay. While the dinner options were somewhat limited and the location is quite far from the ferry pier and nearby restaurants, it’s still a good place to relax and recharge at a reasonable price.

Dear Hotel Management and Team, I would like to thank everyone for such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. I felt impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel entrance. The gentleman at the front gate — I am not sure if he was from the security or bell team — welcomed us with a genuine smile and warm greeting that immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. During check-in, although the room was not ready yet, I completely understood the situation. The female staff member who assisted us was very kind, polite, and professional. I am truly sorry that I cannot remember her name, even though I tried to look at her name tag. I would also like to compliment the trainee, Khun Hope, whom I met during both check-in and check-out. She handled everything professionally and confidently. Thank you as well to the reservation team for responding to my special request, even though it was quite last minute. Everything was handled very well, and it truly became a relaxing getaway for me after recently going through our annual BSA audit. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for preparing such a lovely room setup. It made my wife smile throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to experience the F&B service because we did not choose the breakfast package. However, I would also like to compliment the young team at the beach bar for taking such good care of me and my family. I cannot remember everyone’s names, but I noticed the name Khun Suranan Senanon on the cashier slip, so please pass my appreciation to the team as well. The beach atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a proper holiday. The weather was comfortable, and even the rain made the atmosphere feel fresh and enjoyable. If I have the chance to visit Koh Chang again in the future, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. Thank you once again for the warm hospitality and the wonderful memories. Best regards,
