Very nice hotel, lovely staff and food. Town not too far away only thing was no hot water or cold or slightly lukewarm.

15 years ago stayed already in this hotel and while driving to Koh Chang decided to drive again there. Was a walk in and the whole FO team incl FOM was super friendly and made us immediately feel welcome. Room was spacious even though the ocean view was verrrrrrry limited. Breakfast offering also very nice. Would definitely stay again.

This was our sixth visit to Thailand, and for the first time, we decided to experience Koh Chang—and wow, what a decision that was. From the very first moment, it was clear that this island is next level. Far more beautiful, serene, and authentic than Pattaya or many other places in Thailand. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the charming JC from Guest Relations, whose genuine hospitality immediately made us feel at home. That instant connection set the tone for our entire stay. The rest of the team was equally fantastic, but a special mention must go to Mark, another absolute rock star. His passion, energy, and deep knowledge of both the property and Koh Chang itself truly stood out. JC and Mark are the heart of hospitality—top-tier professionals and outstanding ambassadors of Accor. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. We feel honored to have stayed here and to have experienced such a special place. The atmosphere is peaceful, the surroundings are stunning, and the experience feels authentic and unspoiled. The best way to explore Koh Chang is by motorbike, with so many great local restaurants to discover along the way. The island is refreshingly uncrowded, calm, and breathtaking—Koh Chang really is on another level. We will absolutely be coming back. As someone who works with Accor myself, currently a Duty Manager at Fairmont Makati, I can confidently say this is the best Accor hotel I have ever stayed in throughout Thailand. Amazing hotel.
