Also ich kann mich echt nicht beschweren es war alles super. Einzig und allein das Frühstück könnte etwas internationaler sein. Es war schon sehr asiatisch (gebratene Nudeln zum Frühstück🤔) und es fehlt sozusagen von hinten noch eine Straße wo man das Hotel erreichen kann. (Man muss immer einen riesen Kreis fahren um den Vordereingang zu erreichen) Aber ansonsten alles wunderschön. Der Pool, das Personal, das Ambiente, die Zimmer. 😍

Das Mercure Hotel ist ein schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist schön groß und auch die Abendcocktails in der Lounge sind sehr angenehm. Die Betten finde sehr bequem. Trotz dass ich schon mehrmals hier war und es mir immer gut gefallen hat, gibt es diesmal 2 Punkte die ich kritisieren muss. 1) Beim Check in wurde mir mitgeteilt dass die Minibar inklusive sei. Ich fand in der Minubar 2 Dosen Cola vor, die auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Unter einer Minibar die Inklusive ist, stell ich mir was anderes vor. Sie muss nicht mit alkoholischen Getränken gefühlt sein, aber mehr als 2 Cola sollten es schon sein und aufgefüllt gehört sie dann auch wieder. 2) Der Pool war zu kalt diesmal. 22 Grad sind definitiv zu kalt für einen Pool. Das führte auch dazu dass kaum Leute diesen nutzten. Die Temperatur sollte hier zwingend erhöht werden, sonst müsste ich mir in Bangkok ein neues Lieblingshotel suchen.

check Inn wie immer ohne Probleme, Zimmer 1915 über den gesamten Zeitraum war der Toilettensitz lose, außerdem roch es nach Urin, Services am der Poolbar dauerte leider lange oder ich wurde nicht beachtet

Rate dringend von diesem Hotel ab! Schlechte Lage, Mitarbeiter absolut unmotiviert, kein Upgrade für Goldmember, schlechtes Frühstück, es wurde nicht nachgefüllt, beide Kaffeeautomaten teilweise defekt, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, und und und Im Zimmer gab es nachmittags nur kaltes Wasser zu Duschen….
