We are glad to hear that your check-in experience was smooth and that you appreciated the warm welcome from our management team. It’s also great to know that your room on the 17th floor provided the peace and comfort you were looking for. We are equally pleased that you found value in the complimentary culinary selection we provide in place of a lounge experience — a service tailored to enhance the comfort of our valued members. We do apologize and regret that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations, particularly regarding the breakfast offering. Regarding the baguette, we would like to clarify that all our bread, including baguettes, is freshly baked every morning and placed on display for guests the same day, as breakfast opens at 6 am daily. During your visit, you requested a fresh baguette twice. On both occasions, our team promptly responded by preparing a fresh batch. The first time, the bread was brought to your table; however, as you had walked around and returned to the table after a short time, the bread had cooled slightly, and you requested it be heated further. Our team baked a second fresh batch and served it directly to your table again. You acknowledged it and confirmed your satisfaction at that moment. We are sorry if this experience still did not meet your expectations in full. With no excuses, we recognize the opportunity to improve and are committed to enhancing our breakfast service to better align with the expectations of our guests. Regarding the billing process, we understand your concerns. Since your accommodation was prepaid at check-in, a pro forma invoice was provided to confirm the amount paid. As there were no additional charges at check-out, a final folio was not automatically issued again. We sincerely apologize for this and will ensure that a full official tax invoice is now prepared and sent to you by email. Thank you once again for your honest and valuable feedback.
