Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your recent stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4. We are truly apologize to learn that your visit did not meet your expectations, especially as you were traveling with your wife and young child. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water supply in your room. Our team actively engaged to assist you, offering to relocate you to another room and were willing to provide extra hot water to accommodate your needs. We regret that this situation caused you distress, particularly as it affected the comfort of your family. We acknowledge that this situation fell short of delivering the level of comfort you expected and we could not meet the expectation. Regarding your comments about in-room amenities, such as the toothpaste and shaving kit, we regret any confusion caused. As per our hotel policy, full amenities are set in all Grand Deluxe rooms, including the toothpaste and shaving kit, and were placed according to hotel standards. These amenities were set up in the designated tray next to the hand wash sink, both at check-in time and replenished when used. However, we understand that the placement or presentation may have led to a misunderstanding, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We also looked into your concern about the toothpaste quality. A replacement was provided during your stay, and we confirmed that all current stock is valid through November 2027. Nevertheless, we regret if the original sachet did not appear satisfactory. We also regret any communication during this time that may not have come across as helpful or supportive as you rightfully expected. Our team made efforts to assist you during your stay, but we acknowledge that the experience was still disappointing. As for your feedback about the restaurant, we regret the incident that occurred and delay in providing take away bags. Our Food and Beverage Manager addressed the matter directly with you and extended a personal apology. We would also like to clarify our breakfast policy: typically, take-away is not offered to dine-in guests during the buffet service. On the day in question, our team noted you were still dining when the take-away request was made. Since our service team members are not authorized to approve take-away exceptions on their own, there was a short delay while the matter was verified with senior management. As a gesture of goodwill, we accommodated your needs. We understand, this may have added to your frustration, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your comments regarding the room layout as well. The current design follows brand guidelines; however, we understand that preferences can vary, especially when traveling with family. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with all relevant departments for further review and improvement. Your observations are important to us, and we are committed to using them constructively to improve both our service and facilities.
