Mir gefällt die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe von BTS und MRT. Das Shoppingcenter Terminal 21 und viele kleinere Shops bieten sehr viel im nächster Umgebung. Das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und bei allen Fragen hilfsbereit. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Schokoladenkuchen als Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag, obwohl ich davon gar nichts erwähnt hatte. Das ist wirklich top. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis sehr groß und eigentlich auch komfortabel ausgestattet. Allerdings merkt man an vielen Stellen, dass das Mobiliar schon etwas ab gewohnt ist. Ich war vor elf Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel und habe sehr deutlich gemerkt, dass man in der vergangenen Zeit kaum etwas getan hat, um die Zimmer zu erneuern oder auf einen moderneren Stand zu bringen. Dies gilt auch für öffentliche Bereiche wie den Pool oder Frühstücksraum. Das ist schade, aber trotzdem hatte ich eine schöne Zeit dort.
