Ich war mit den meisten Services im Hotel zufrieden. Auch das Wellness King Zimmer war ausgezeichnet eingerichtet. Dort hat mich allerdings der Housekeeping Service enttäuscht, weil praktisch an jedem Tag irgendwas fehlte oder zum Beispiel die Nespresso Kaffeekapseln nicht regelmässig entfernt wurden etc. Im Nourish Restaurant hatte ich dagegen einen vorzüglichen Service. Dort sind mir besonders folgende Angestellte aufgefallen: Som-o, KP und Pang. Auch an der Rezeption wurde ich hervorragend bedient. Man merkt, dass diese Leute sehr gut geschult sind.

I noticed from your comment that you were somewhat unhappy about the Bliss Pool Bar menu as your expectation was to have the papaya salad, which was not available for that particular menu. However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not to your expectation, and, despite the warm and friendly service spirit from our team, you were unhappy with the breakfast offerings, the look & feel of the room, the bathrooms.
