While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation and you have appreciated the overall of hotel facilities and the service attentiveness and above all the friendly and genuine service spirit from our team. I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I understand from your comment that you have experienced some shortcoming with the sink was clogged. I fully empathize with your feeling and apologize for any disappointment caused as this is certainly not the type of experience I would like to provide to you nor to any guests and it most unfortunate that we had you leave our doors somewhat disappointed.
