While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 70 out of 100. I acknowledge that 70 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I understand from your comment that while your reservation with us was until March 31st, you had to leave a day earlier due to your flight change, and our team was not able to provide the unused night as a voucher to use for the future.
