Wir waren schon öfter in Mövenpick Hotels in Südostasien. So war es naheliegend, auch in Bangkok Erfahrungen mit Mövenpick zu sammeln. Gleich vorweg: Wir waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage - inmitten der quirligen Stadt und dennoch ruhig. Kein Verkehrslärm hat den Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Überhaupt fühlten wir uns in einer Oase, weil der Pool stimmig in die grüne Szenerie eingebettet ist. Die Anzahl der Liegen ist ausreichend. Das Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und unterstützten uns bei Anliegen. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wenn uns Bangkok wieder ruft, wird Mövenpick unsere Destination fürs Übernachten sein.

While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 60 out of 100. I noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the hotel deposit policy and would expect the deposit policy to be removed. Allow me to transparently share that the deposit is a standard practice for all hotels in order to cover any incidental charges during your stay, such as Spa treatment, dinner at the hotel or cocktail at the Lounge. The deposit is meant to provide convenience to the guests so that they can sign their bill to their room instead of having to pay each order at the time of consumption.
