I genuinely welcome every guest's feedback, the good, the bad and the ugly as this helps me to reflect on our service offerings and continuously look at ways to further enhance our customer experience in the future. However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not to your expectation, and, despite the warm and friendly service spirit from our team, you were unhappy with the breakfast offerings, the look & feel of the room, the bathrooms. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and apologize that the guestrooms and the breakfast did not meet your expectations. I fully recognize that every guest has a different appreciate about the look and feel of a hotel and its facilities as well as the food & beverages offerings, which I sincerely respect, and I regret that we have not been able to better address your expectations, being a wellness focused resort and with a breakfast offering more in line with a healthy philosophy and lifestyle approach, focused on our guest's dietary needs in terms of vegetarian, vegan, Keto, gluten-free, halal and more, while keeping a large offerings for all other guests. Tolles Design, toller Service, sehr passende Säle für unsere Konferenz sehr zufrieden! Einzige Anmerkung: In der GIZ haben wir im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit eine Leitlinie, in der wir uns um vegetarische Ernährung bemühen. Leider war in fast allen Essen Fleisch. Zum Beispiel: Mittagessen 7 von 8 Essen Fleisch und das 8. mit Fisch und auch in 3 von 4 Salaten war Hühnchen drin. Das muss nicht immer sein, sodass auch Vegetarier mehr Auswahl haben (z.B. Tofu als Protein). Vielen Dank!
