Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Unser Rückflug mit Qatar Airways am 31 März wurde von Qatar Airways Storniert und wir haben einen Rückflug nach Deutschland jetzt für den 30 März erhalten und werden das Hotel bereits am 30 März um 4.30 AM verlassen. Da wir für einige Nächte in 2028 wieder nach Bangkok kommen bitten wir sie um einen Gutschein über die eine Nacht die wir nun leider nicht nutzen können und den wir dann 2028 einlösen können. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Mario K. Ich musste wegen dem Krieg in Nahen Osten mit einen Kunden 1 Tag vorher abfliegen und hatte um Kulanz gebeten.Das wurde Abgelehnt. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis das ich die Accor Hotels nicht mehr buchen werde.

Personal wie erwartet sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sehr gutes Frühstück, Pool durch rücksichtslose Gäste leider nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Thai sind zu höflich, um auf die Einhaltung von Regeln hinzuweisen. Das Hotel würde durch regelmäßige Instandhaltung profitieren. Vorhänge zerschlissen, Gardinen ausgerissen, staubige Zimmer, Kakerlaken im Badezimmer, nichtfunktionierende Steckdose im Zimmer, schlecht positioniert, AirCon mit nervigen Geräuschen.

Meanwhile, I also noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the cleanliness standard in the room, the damaged of curtain, and the noise from the air-conditioning. With regard to the noise from the air-conditioning, rest assured that I have asked our Director of Engineering to inspect the room you have stayed at and take the appropriate corrective measures with regards to the air-conditioning system to avoid such inconvenience to other guests in the future.
