Tolles Design, toller Service, sehr passende Säle für unsere Konferenz sehr zufrieden! Einzige Anmerkung: In der GIZ haben wir im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit eine Leitlinie, in der wir uns um vegetarische Ernährung bemühen. Leider war in fast allen Essen Fleisch. Zum Beispiel: Mittagessen 7 von 8 Essen Fleisch und das 8. mit Fisch und auch in 3 von 4 Salaten war Hühnchen drin. Das muss nicht immer sein, sodass auch Vegetarier mehr Auswahl haben (z.B. Tofu als Protein). Vielen Dank!

Obwoh ùber die App gebucht, wurden uns die Punkte nicht gutgeschrieben. Anscheinend nicht berechtigt. Kaffee wurde nicht täglich aufgefüllt. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel undenkbar. Voucher für Getränk wurde nicht automatisch aufgeschaltet. Umgebung eher weit vom Zentrum. Liegt tief in der Strasse. positiv war fitness, Bett und das Frühstück.

I genuinely welcome very guest's feedback as this helps me to reflect on our current service standard and look at ways to constantly improve our guest's experience in the future. However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not up to your expectations and noticed from your comment that you have experienced some shortcomings on this occasion with the lack of replenishment of the amenities, the drinking voucher not being automatically activated and the points not credited for your stay. At the onset of this note, please accept my unreserved apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This is certainly not the type of experience I would like us to provide to you nor to any guests and it is most unfortunate that we had you leave our doors unhappy. While I may not be able to take away your negative feelings from your last visit, allow me to transparently share that I have called for a full investigation about the various incidents and understand that, while your stay was purchased from a Trade Fair (Thai Tiew Thai), and the reservation made through the ALL Accor Mobile Application, there was an oversight from our reservations team to acknowledge your reservation as a valid booking and eligible for points and night credit and for the complimentary drink voucher. As such, your points were not automatically credited to you upon your account following your departure and the drink voucher not available. Following the investigation and after understanding the root cause, I have discussed with our Reservations Manager to provide further training to our reservations team to avoid such reoccurrence and instructed our Front Office Manager to take the appropriate actions to credit the night and points to your account. This has already been done and shall be reflected to your account within the next 48 hours. Should you not see the points within this timeline, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at your convenience. Meanwhile, concerning the coffee amenities not being replenished, I am terribly sorry for this shortcoming from our new housekeeping maid and asked our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize to all housekeeping maids to consistently replenish all amenities when servicing the rooms to avoid further disappointment to other guests in the future. I trust this will bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matter to me. As a genuine care and gesture of goodwill, should you plan for another trip and stay in Bangkok, please let me know and I would be happy to extend a complimentary upgrade to one of our Movenpick Suite along with the complimentary benefits to our Executive Lounge on your next stay.
