Die Verglasung der Zimmer ist alt, daher hört man den Straßenverkehr einer Hauptstraße.

As a valued Accor ALL Gold Elite member, your opinion is very valuable to me, in order to reflect on our current service standard and look at ways to further improve the guest's experience in the future. However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not up to your expectation and noticed from your comment that, while you have appreciated the convenient location of the hotel along with the overall resort facilities, you have experienced some noise inconvenience coming from outside of the hotel and was unhappy with the isolation of the windows. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and humbly apologize for any discomfort on this occasion due to the outside noise. While I honestly do not have any excuse for such service shortfall, allow me to transparently share that we can currently in the midst of replacing all the guestroom windows facing the city side to further improve the isolation and ensure a peaceful and relaxing moment as it is possible in other rooms and the rest of the resort. Meanwhile, rest assured that I have discussed with our Front Office Manager to update your guest profile in our system with your preference to have a quiet room and to arrange a room facing the hotel garden to ensure a more relaxing stay on your future visits.
