While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 70 out of 100. While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation and you have appreciated the friendly service from our team, the breakfast offering, the overall hotel's facilities. Meanwhile, I also noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the cleanliness standard in the room, the damaged of curtain, and the noise from the air-conditioning. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and humbly apologize for the disappointment caused. This is certainly not acceptable and in stark contrast with the peaceful and relaxing environment we are providing to our guests during their stay. It is most unfortunate that we had you leave our doors disappointed and dissatisfied on this occasion. Rest assured that we are working with our pest control company to take effective actions to have this issue resolved promptly to avoid further inconvenience to other guests. Moreover, I have asked our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize to all housekeeping maid on the cleanliness standard in place at the hotel and provide further coaching and supervision to the housekeeping maid that serviced your room. With regard to the noise from the air-conditioning, rest assured that I have asked our Director of Engineering to inspect the room you have stayed at and take the appropriate corrective measures with regards to the air-conditioning system to avoid such inconvenience to other guests in the future.
