Great for a city break, centrally located. The hotel smells old & dusty, could do with a complete renovation.

Room, curtains did not pull properly. Shower was leaking, part of shower fitting coming off wall.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. One of the rooms we were initially given had an electrical short circuit, which was quite concerning from a safety perspective. I was then moved to another room, but it was clearly of a lower grade and not an acceptable replacement. The room was extremely small with no locker provided. Lighting was very poor, making the space feel even more cramped and dark. The bathroom had plumbing & drainage issues, whole water from bath came outside due to water logging and there wasn’t even a basic tissue box available. The shower was so small you can't take even a basic bath properly. To make matters worse, the carpet in the room had a strong unpleasant smell since the water came out from washroom to the room but no one bothered to fix it, clean it. The lighting in washroom was so so so less that you can't even see your face clearly. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Good room but needs tweaking

Noisy room needs soundproof windows. We stayed here yesterday the room was so noisy from outside i couldnt sleep nice hotel but windows need soundproofed Would stay again if room 308 gets soundproofed windows and plugs by bed
