Very good location lovely views on the front of the building but the room we had felt a bit dated.

All area's clean and tidy. Staff amazing and polite, always greeting you with a smile and good morning or how are you Jo and Megan at reception fantastic. Good selection at breakfast. Bar area comfortable although disappointed no Bacardi or Havana club. Good that you might get an upgrade. Better info/picture about compact rooms as it can become very warm, these would suit for over night stay, so again upgrade if you can.

Although most of the experience was a 10 (food, staff, areas to sit) the room had a few disappointments. We had a privileged room. The size of the room was wonderful and most of the furniture was perfect. However, there was no drawers for clothes, only a closet for hanging things. And there were no sockets at the bedside for plugging in phones, etc. In fact, it seemed as if there was only one plug available, and that was at the desk. However, our overall experience was wonderful, and we will be back.
