Wonderful staff in all areas, the food was good as are the public areas. The rooms are now very tired especially the bathrooms. The telephone did not work in my room and I could not contact friends in another room as they had no mobile reception

Comfy hotel but room needs updating as a bit shabby and smelt of dog which i was unaware we're allowed otherwise would of insisted on pet free room

Staff were friendly and it was a good sized room with all amenities I needed. Only criticisms are that decor in room was a bit tired and food in restaurant was average.

The staff are wonderful Laura has been especially kind over our stays along with Ush & Emily on reception. The rooms are spotlessly clean, yes a jit jaded but very comfortable. The food quality is excellent.

Lovely staff, but the room we stayed in 413 though very large was in need of an up grade particularly the bathroom.
