Disappointed stay, rooms are old and bedsheet was not fresh and sofa and chair had stains.

I booked the hotel via the app, selected early check-in and late check out. Did not get either but was charged for it. Ambiguous response from staff. The app reported I did not have the options selected but the price reflected I had selected the. Contacted the hotel by phone and was told that they could not guarantee the availability of the room.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the discrepancy between the app and hotel policies regarding early check-in and late check-out. We understand how frustrating it must be to be charged for services that were not guaranteed, especially when staff indicated availability could not be assured. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review our communication and processes to improve clarity and transparency. We have refunded both charges today.
