Not very happy, radiator hanging off the wall,bathroom dusty,no plug sockets near the beds , no pool,

It was fine, nothing great, but it is obviously a business decision to be housing people in short term accommodation in the hotel which really brings down the experience and makes everything average, definitely not on par with other Mercure hotels for exactly this reason.
