Staff were warm and friendly the food was average (not the best Breakfast I've ever had) The hotel desperately needs a full refurbishment the rooms are showing there age.

It’s my third stay this year and I’m glad the room decor and facilities have got better, at least in the room given to me. The breakfast is great but the best part of the stay is how friendly and helpful the staff are.

Even though the hotel knew I was going to be late arriving they gave my room away and offered me a totally different room to what I had booked and paid for

I got burnt in the shower when the room next to mine used their cold water whilst i was showering . I could hear people talking - at one point I thought someone was in my room, it was quite scary. i could hear people walking past my room as the floor boards were noisey. Next door were in and out of their room until 3 am so I had no sleep door was banging. I could hear them going to the toilet also walls are extremely thin!
