We paid extra for a family room so we could have a single bed and a double bed. The single bed however was just a mattress on the floor and the mattress had a big hole in the middle/sunk down so it was extremely uncomfortable to lie on. We felt like the extra we paid was a waste of money. Also the floor has several stains on it.

Sleep frequently interrupted due to rain crashing on ground due, I assume, to gutter problems.
