Beautifully clean very friendly staff and a lovely restaurant that even catered for me as I have to have a Gluten free diet there was plenty of choice. Happy to stay there any time.

It would have been a good experience if the dog show (Corgi Centenary) had not also been taking place. Our stay was disturbed by barking late at night and very early in the morning. Some owner had not picked up after their dog so we narrowly avoided stepping in it at the bottom of the stairs. All of this could have been avoided if we had been informed when we made the booking. In addition to this, the lift was out of order meaning we had to carry luggage up the stairs.

We held an event at Mercure Swansea over the weekend and I cannot praise the staff enough at this hotel. Karen the operations manager was so helpful from the beginning. Over the weekend Duty Managers Kelly and Nicola were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them along with staff members Azaria and Andrea. The celebratory hot buffet dinner that we had in the function room on the Saturday evening was excellent and very good value for money. The downstairs of the hotel is very welcoming and created a relaxed atmosphere for our exhibitors to socialise. The people that attended our event had nothing but praise for the Hotel and Staff.
