The reception team were very welcoming polite and engaged in light conversation .The room was clean and well stocked with coffee disappointed no draws to put things in .Food was delicious and has a great menu

We stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. The room we had (117) was ok but could have done with a fridge and a safe for valuables. Bathroom had signs of black mould on tiles and bathroom fittings which isn’t a good selling point. Was crying out to be refurbished and a walk- in shower would have been wonderful. Overall felt a bit sad and needed updating. Staff friendly and very helpful
