Although a very late check in, we had a warm welcome from reception. Our stay was comfortable and easy. A great location, rooms are clean and comfortable.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel Swansea and had a pleasant overall experience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. The staff were especially kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they were always happy to help. The only downside was the breakfast. The bacon was overcooked, and the selection of food was quite limited. With more variety and better preparation, the breakfast would be much better. Overall, the hotel is good value for a short stay, mainly because of the cleanliness and the excellent staff service.
