The ground floor room had a window that could not be opened securely. The tilt mechanism didn't work. It only opened sideways with no limiting mechanism. The wash basin drain was blocked so water did not drain smoothly. Surely this was known by the cleaning staff and should have been fixed before the room was allocated again to a paying customer.

Stains on walls, carpets. Shower head bracket faulty and would not support the shower head and kept falling out! Unusual set up with bedside lamps with free hanging electrical cables. Limited power sockets, supplied with extension cable and 3 way gang block connector!! Would not recommend visiting in it's current state. Positives: Staff friendly and courteous.
