The hotel is well situated.The staff are very welcoming. There is a nice lounge to sit and have a drink in the evenings. This was our second visit and we shall continue to use this hotel when in Swansea.

a toilet brush in the bathroom is definitely needed. there was cigarette smoke smell in the room sometimes and the windows were quite dirty. other than that, personnel is lovely and the breakfast although not varied, was tasty and enough.

Our non-smoking policy is strictly enforced, and we’ll investigate the odor issue immediately. Our 24/7 reception team is always available to tackle any issues.
