An absolute hovel, not a 4 star hotel, not a 3 star, pushing at a 2 star, rooms were unclean, blood droplets in the bathroom and the first room absolutely stank, also we had booked 3 rooms for a family celebration for 3 nights, 2 of our rooms had to be changed twice due to smell, someone's belongings still in another of the room, book elsewhere this is not a nice hotel whatsoever, still waiting on points offered by the assistant manager, emailed him no reply, why am I not surprised.....

No hot water, moths in some rooms, overall poor experience

I stayed for 2 nights. Had hot water on the first night but not the 2nd night or the last morning. My bathroom was really old and tired with small black hairs on the floor. Three of my colleagues had infestations of moths in their rooms. The one plus was breakfast was decent.

Good location but don’t pay for late check out

Good location, facilities. But trip soured by on last day paying for late check out only to be met by house keeping barging in room 30 mins after orginal check out time. Then shouting at us from other side of door challenging us about whether we had paid for late check out. We left immediately as we had been made to feel so uncomfortable. When mentioned to reception staff agreed shouldn’t have happened but when I asked for the late check out to be refunded I we had not had a late check out because of the incident (we would have been treated no differing we hadn’t paid ie we would have had the same experience) we were told a flat no by the reception staff. We were then told they could try and get a manager if they we could wait. To be honest by that point I just wanted to get out the hotel and on our travels and was not willing to miss trains because of waiting. I was told to leave my contact details and the manager would contact me - but still nothing!!! Very poor service

An affordable well located hotel situated at the city centre with everything within reach!Staff were friendly and kind and do their best to satisfy customers needs.Good value for money especially if you a Accor member.Breakfast was a bit sparce but the plenty types of cereals works.Rooms were spacious with an equally spacious bathroom.Cleaning was efficient and done everyday.Wi fi on the 10th was epileptic but we still enjoyed our stay very much!Looking forward to another visit soon.
