Hairdryer didn’t work in room Rooms far too hot Very noisy with fans outside on lower level window so had to keep windows shut, very bad nights sleep worst had at a hotel! Didn’t get a response from reception! Not satisfied at all and will not return due to no concern when flagging the issue

I tossed up whether to give this review after the perfect experience of our last visit. But, then, I thought perhaps that’s what you want me to do. Firstly, I have no criticism of the staff in general and really appreciated having the Diamond status weekend breakfast extended to Monday. However, my wife was extremely disappointed that on both days, having ordered a well done poached egg, had delivered an egg that even the whites were almost raw. I realise that the hotel was completely booked on the Saturday night, but we put the sign out to make up the room at 11am and returned at 5pm to find the room unserviced. I also noticed the sign that the hotel is undergoing maintenance. Could I make a couple of suggestions regarding the room we were in. It had great potential. However, there was no light over the very comfortable sofa that meant when there was no outside light, it was impossible to sit there and read. Also, I can’t understand why I had to unplug the refrigerator to make a coffee. Surely, a double power point would be easy to install. The telephone also didn’t work.

Fantastic customer service from front of house staff! Domestic and bar staff also so helpful. Rooms are a little outdated and could donwith freshening up and smell a little stale but wouldnt stop me coming back

Had a good one night stay here whilst attending the Foo Fighters concert at old Trafford on 15/6/24. Comfy bed. Nice clean room and bathroom. Received a complimentary drink for the both of us. Would stay again as its central to everything we needed

Staff, great, breakfast great - room disappointing - with an accessible room, you need access to the loo and the sink was badly positioned - to close to the loo. Expensive for what we got. I know this won’t happen, but you could do with more lifts - waiting 5 to 10 minutes with full lifts going past was not great.
