Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay with us. I sincerely apologize for the numerous issues you encountered during your visit, especially during what should have been an enjoyable time attending a concert. I am deeply sorry to hear that you found the rooms overpriced and that your dining experience was unsatisfactory. Waiting over an hour for your food and being charged more than the menu price for cocktails is unacceptable. The inconsistency in pricing and the poor quality of the drinks you received are not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain. I also apologize for the inadequate resolution to your complaint. Offering an "upgrade" to a smaller room with a smaller bed was not appropriate, and I understand why you felt further disappointed. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will be addressing these issues with our restaurant and front desk teams to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your continued loyalty and for choosing to stay with us when visiting your daughters at Manchester Metropolitan University. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the recent refurbishment of our hotel. However, we are deeply sorry to learn about your recent experience at our bar. It is unacceptable for our staff to close the bar earlier than the advertised time and to be rude to our guests. Additionally, we regret the misunderstanding and the accusation made by the manager, which added to your frustration. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we will address these issues with our team to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. We strive to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all our guests, and it is clear we fell short during your visit.
