Hotel needs a total renovation. Rooms like a matchbox and toilets that are still a style from the 70s. The lifts were a complete joke and you could be up to 20 minutes waiting for them. Staff were nice but would not recommend this hotel to anybody for the price we paid. STAY CLEAR

Where do I start!!!! Upon arrival we experienced a room mix up, my friend was moved as per what he had requested only to find another couple of guests knocking on his door as it was allocated to them all very embarrassing. We spent many many times waiting and waiting for the two lifts that did kind of work with a very weird sequence of calling it to your floor, rooms dirty toilet leaking which was fixed immediately but to our horror as you will see from the pictures a total disgrace dirty floor windows, location is priceless would not recommend this hotel until it has had a significant refurbishment.
