We booked the big band Xmas party 19 of us. It was a great night staff all very lovely, music was great , the only thing that let it down was the food , vegetarian starter was so tiny and turkey was very hard and tastless. Also didn't do cocktail which I was surprised at . Apart from this we had a good night . Apparently breakfast was a good ,great choices as couple of people stayed over .x

Stayed here for business for 2 nights. Most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was plentiful and all the staff I encountered weren’t wonderful. Will definitely stay again when in Norwich.

We had a Christmas Party & the food wasn't hot & the potatoes were hard. Not a very good selection on drinks
