The hotel reception staff were brilliant and so helpful at all times. We personally found the restaurant/general manager incredibly rude. On our first evening 4 of us were enjoying quiet drinks in the bar just after 10.30pm. Nobody had said that the bar was closing and he started shouting in reception that we had better hurry up as he wasn't going to keep the bar open and close the doors as soon as we leave! On the second night for our larger table in the restaurant he discretely asked one of the guests just after 9pm if we could move through to the bar in 15 minutes, and then could be heard immediately telling the young waiting team to start clearing and 'just tell them to get out'! It was all very unfriendly and unprofessional.
