We often stay at this hotel went in the area. It’s a great location and very comfortable. However this time I was slightly disappointed when we are arrived unbeknown to us Ipswich were playing at home and the hotel car park was full. There was nowhere to park at all we was told to park in the car park opposite where the restaurants and cinema is however after 45 minutes we finally got a space. I just feel like hotel customers should have priority.
