Our room on level 4 was pleasant but there was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom basin. Bothe the other people in our party noticed this bad smell in their rooms also on different floors. I also noticed hairs on one of the pillows. We all found the staff to be very polite and helpful.

Excellent hotel. From the service to the cleanliness . Breakfast was amazing. Room was so big and spotless . Bar area was great for a small gathering and drinks were a good price . Parking too . Location is perfect for everything you want to do. Close to Football ground and right next door to the Marina. Will 100% stay here again . Special mention to Jordan on reception - nothing was too much trouble . 10/10 for everything . Thank you guys.

I have been coming here year after year and once again I’ve had another excellent stay in this wonderful hotel, great and very helpfull and lovely staff, beautiful spacious and clean rooms, an extensive breakfast and in a great location in the center of Ipswich, city centre, station, Ipswich Town football ground all in a 5 á 10 min walk from the hotel. It is always a pleasure to be here and I don't know why I would ever choose any other hotel in Ipswich, for me it’s a home away from home!! I'm Looking out for the next time.
