We stayed in the hotel a number of times pre-covid but not since it was previously repurposed. It was great to see some improvement and refurbishment works have been carried out since. Very polite staff and great service. Breakfast was great and an overall very nice environment.

We regularly stay at this hotel whilst visiting family in Ipswich. It is conveniently situated in walking distance from the train station, the marina and the town centre. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the room service excellent. The bar area is well appointed with lots of seating. We really enjoy the various choices offered at breakfast, all beautifully presented in a pleasant dining area. Most of all, we appreciate the welcome given by all the staff, those on the reception desk, in the dining area and bar. It's nice to be recognised as frequent visitors and feel the hotel is our home from home.

The staff was friendly, very attentive, the hotel itself was very lovely, very clean, christmas atmosphere. i will say i had trouble with the heating in the room but apart from that it was a lovely experience.

Oh I made mistakes. Paid for extras and late departure etc and typical guy I got my dates wrong. But these guys fixed it. I'd really like to say that Adam, abbie , faik Elaine and bridie are awsome...mistakes was made by me and they fixed my errors...honestly the best staff I've ever come across. X
