This is the second year in a row we stayed at this Novotel while celebrating Christmas and the year change with our Ipswich based children. Like last year my request for extra pillows to sleep in an upright position for medical reasons was perfectly met. Staff very friendly.

Hotel itself is good, but the professionalism of some of the staff leaves a little to be desired both in the service they provide and their behaviour.

Once again we received a great welcome from Jordan and the team. We thoroughly enjoy staying at this hotel - all the staff are so friendly and obliging. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to Suffolk’s beautiful coastal resorts and discovering Constable country. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished and have recently been upgraded. Great customer service makes a stay a special experience.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is well maintained. The breakfast had a ton of options, was well prepared and one of the better ones you'll get in a UK hotel. The staff, on reception and over breakfast, were first class.
