I stayed at the hotel for two days and had a bad experience staying there. Breakfast is poor, coffee is terrible. The room is really dirty, the toilet is dirty, the carpet is old and didn’t been cleaned properly. The reception desk is not friendly enough and didnt respond on my questions on time. The price of hotel compare to Ctrip or other App is higher, why do I have to book overpriced rooms in Accor directly?

Great location, very convinient. But the facilities are worn-out, carpet with stains. Accept toothbrush, there was no other amenities(cotton pads, cotton sticks, shower cap) , even no tissue papers provided.

The room is acceptable but A/C wasn't working at all, makes the ventilation really poor. The receptionist checked in for me was nice, and my room request was satisfied. However, after checking out I left a suitcase at frontdesk and when I tried to pick it up later, another staff was rude and mistook me for a food delivery guy, which makes me concerned and upset about my stay with an Accor hotel, this never happened when I stayed with Hilton or Marriott. This negatively affected my overall experience and I don’t think I would consider Accor anymore due to the poor service and unacceptable attitude.
