非常棒的酒店，就在洞庭湖边上，大堂装修豪华，前台小姐姐Katherine漂亮温柔，服务很周到，客房干净整洁，设施齐全，面积也比较大，最关键的是还有阳台，在阳台上可以看到八百里洞庭湖，景色不错，早餐品种多，服务员主动热情，很不错的一家酒店.

My overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, and having parking space right in front of the hotel was convenient. However, upon arriving at the hotel and going down to the restaurant for dinner, we found an empty hall with no one present. During our meal, a male staff member was near the bar table, but he seemed more interested in his phone than attending to guests. Despite this, we did enjoy a good meal in the end. One issue I would like to mention is that the central cooling AC was off in the hotel, even though it was more than 20 degrees Celsius outside. The reception staff were kind enough to send a fan to our room the next day. While I understand they might have had eco-friendly reasons for not using the AC, I believe it's important to ensure guest comfort, especially during warmer weather.
