J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’équipe est vraiment souriante et accueillante, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. J’ai testé le room service pour le petit-déjeuner : c’est une option payante mais très abordable et qui vaut vraiment le coup, surtout quand on a des enfants. C’est un vrai plus pour profiter d’un moment tranquille le matin. J’aurais pu mettre un 10/10, mais un petit détail m’a un peu gênée : en octobre, la climatisation était coupée, et même si la chambre restait agréable, on a dû aérer. En ouvrant la fenêtre, quelques moustiques sont entrés, ce qui était un peu embêtant. À part ça, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, idéal pour un séjour paisible en famille !

We do not recommend to open the windows since we are next to a park and mosquitoes happen to be present and ready to enter in an open door or window. Chauffage éteint pour faire des économies alors qu'il fait froid. Mes enfants sont tombés malade....incroyable !!

Dear Hassan, We would like to clarify that the heating in our hotel is not turned off to save money. It operates throughout the day and night, with only a short pause of about two hours-during the warmest part of the day. This short break helps maintain a comfortable and breathable temperature inside the hotel, as keeping the heating on continuously often makes the environment too hot. We also understand that temperature comfort is perceived differently from person to person. Each guest can adjust the room temperature according to personal preference using the individual controls available in the room. However we changed the room to you and we've been available and way too flexible with you requests and we are truly sorry on reading your review.
