1person for bar, snack bar and reception - 15/20min waiting time to check in, no respecting my accor card status, hotel is presented as mercure but here in questionaire is ibis?!?

Hotel is nicely located inside industrial area serving key customers. There are many free parking places next to the hotel which is easy to reach. The fully renovated building together with kindness of Accor team make the stay pleasant and relaxing.

Clean and nice hotel. Mainly caters for business use in the business park but families made to feel welcome too. Shower was broken but was quickly repaired when I mentioned it. Public transport is not good and metro/trains are too far to walk to. S

Nice hotel in a quiet location, and with a big parking lot (parking is free of charge). The room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was good (typical Italian breakfast with a predominance of sweet food). I will choose it again if I would travel to Milano again.

Nice hotel, situated in a good location near Milano. The surrounding was quiet and the hotel has a big parking lot (free parking). We needed our car to go to Milano (there are around 10 km). The room was big, cleaned every day. The breakfast was good, but typical Italian breakfast (with preponderance of sweet food). We will choose this hotel again if we will travel to Milano by car.

Some rooms need refurbishment, in particular the bathroom and the air conditioning system. I would give 3 stars to this hotel.

Godd accommodation but not a great base to visit Milan

The hotel is located in a Technology park of offices. It is convenient for travellers passing through but not so great if you want to visit Milan centre - bus ( which does not operate on weekends) to the metro and then 25 minutes by metro. But the staff are great and breakfast was very good, Not many eating options in walking distance.

Usally I prefer to use airbnb or other sources but this time I used Ibis Styles and changed my mind for future stays. First of all, it has really a big room that can accomadate 4 person(even all adults). From the beginning (having small gifts from hotel for our kids) till the end everything was amazing. Breakfast was good enough and room has got two screens, mini bar, iron... Good internet(Netflix can be watched without problem)...Free and enough parking lots...Location is far away from city center but you can park your car to Monza train station and use the train to go Milano City Center..
