the hotel is fine, stay was good for an overnight stay, but the checking process was terrible. there was a massive queue because the check in takes like 5 minutes per person. We could not locate a self-check in at the hotel, nor was I able to locate it online.

The room was clean and decent, good value for the price. Though the registration is a bit chaotic, unorganized. The management emailed me to register in advance, to fill in a form online for the 'fast registration process. I did. But, when we came to the hotel (though earlier than check-in time), they told us check-in was at 3pm (okay!). We left the hotel and explored the city of Bonn. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. We thought the check-in process would be faster as I've already done 'Check-in Online' per email sent, but no! The receptionist asked me again to fill up the same Form i filled up online, and when I said i already did online, the receptionist told me 'we don't do online here', like 'whatt???' I was so tired to argue, and just did it. After, everything was okay until checked out.

As you will see from my recent stays at IBIS Abidjan, IBIS Accra, IBIS Dubai Novotel, IBIS Dubai Deira Creek, IBIS Brussels, I should have obtained loyalty points for all my stays - and yet some are missing, why? Also, staying at IBIS Konigswinter apparently does not entitle me to get an All Accor loyalty points - thsi is unacceptable and Paris HO Needs to improve the All Accor Loyalty program.

Very nice experience.. location is perfect and just off the highway. The person at the reception was very courteous and helped us with ordering dunner. We slept well so everything with the room was good. There is ample free parking.

Stay itself was fine, room with Star Trek esthetic was hilarious, the main issue was the blaring (false) fire alarm at 11 which could apparently not be turned off for about 15 minutes.
