Nice big place to stay with plenty to do. Not ideal for a couples getaway though especially in school holidays. Hallways were noisy and you could hear noise above you from your room.

Did not the stay because was given a room on L2 which should be allocated to families as it is conveniently located to the activities e.g. play areas, pool, etc. Pricey restaurants with limited options

The staff were second to none. We felt so well looked after the entire stay, with attention to detail and always a friendly smile from the staff, it’s impossible to fault them. The facilities are incredible: Our boys especially loved the Fairmont Express and the Merry-Go Round. All around we had a very pleasant stay.
