Dear Andrew, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the resort. It was very pleasing to see there were aspects of your stay that were enjoyable. I am sorry however that some areas did not meet your expectations. Your free night doesn't include breakfast unfortunately,. but you do receive your standard discount. However, we regret that other aspects of your stay, especially the food choices and breakfast experience, did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find breakfast overcrowded and challenging to secure a table. We are looking into this to better manage the flow of guests during peak times and to expand seating capacity. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us make the necessary adjustments to ensure a more enjoyable breakfast experience for all our guests. Regarding the food quality, we're sorry that you found the options sub-standard and lacking variety.
