The title says it all the property is run down and needs some MAJOR fixing or the price needs to be dropped by more than 50%. Mirrors is bathrooms are in a terrible state and need to be replaced, cracks in walls mark all over walls, furniture scuffed, stained and mission vanish

The food from the lounge bar was awful , more like service station food than a 5 star resort . The breakfast buffet was crowded and unhygienic in Covid times . No supervision of hand hygiene and food at buffet nothing special Staff were friendly but seem to be stressed and overworked. The new bar downstairs was good , staff very friendly

Hi, I stayed at your hotel on weekends and while the bed, carpet, and bathroom quality was ok, the windows were horrific - there are several prints of someone's hands on windows glass, a lot of dirt, and insects stuck at the window. It was so bad that we decided not to open the curtain during our entire stay

The room that we were staying in my partner stayed in that very room when he worked at the blue mountains as a labourer 7 years ago. I don't think it was work over 800 dollars for 2 nights. The table at restaurant was tiny we could barely move and I wouldn't have considered it good service although the food was good the service all round wasn't great

It was necessary for us to seek to be transferred to another room due to the poor cleanliness exhibited with our first room. While the new room was an upgrade, the initial issue made us question the overall commitment of staff to maintaining a safe, clean environment. This is particularly relevant given COVID19

My experience at the hotel 10 years ago was very good, but it was not so good this time. Below are some issues that you may consider to improve: Facilities are old and need to be upgraded. E.g., tennis courts One of the rooms that we booked had a mouldy smell. The pillow and bed were not comfortable and the pillow even smell unclean. The tap in the bathroom was very noisy when someone uses water in the bathroom, it was typically loud at night that we couldn't sleep when other people/guests use the water tap.
