Always look forward to breakfast because we are looked after so well by the bubbly efficient Diana. Hot food is good. Fruit is ordinary. Berries are in season. Tinned fruit doesnt cut it

Plenty of choices to either retreat to your peaceful room/go on a bush walk alone or join in the crowd/activities. Choice for a delicious fine dining or casual dining. Friendly staff everywhere welcoming you or engage you in a conversation. Short drive to browse small villages nearby. Resort facilities not only cater for young families but also single/couple holiday makers. Always love staying here.

We were very disappointed that during our stay Monday - Wednesday very little in the hotel was open for dining purposes. The gift shop was closed, the Whisky bar was closed. When asking the concierge about dinner plans on the Monday evening he gave us a list of restaurant choices in Leura and Katoomba. We had said we would have liked pizza and the one in Leura delivered. When looking them up they are not open on a Monday night either as were a number of others. We ended up driving out to Katoomba to get Thai, which was amazing. But so much of the other restaurants were closed on a Monday and Tuesday. As the hotel seemed to be fairly full we find it a little disheartening that you have so much to offer but nothing is open. Even your pizza restaurant is now permanently closed.

Disappointed that indoor pool had swimming lessons on so we couldn’t use it. This wasn’t mentioned on website. Shower water pressure was like a dribble.
