Differently than the last stay that I was in the 6th floor, this time I was at the 10th floor at room 1069 just below the swimming pool. Even without any human activity in the pool the plumbling make noise non-stop 24-7. I strongly recommend a facility improvement probably instaling some anti-noise foam or something like that. Everything else was fantastic. Very nice people and good food. Cheers

Nice hotel but .. Just arrived under heavy rain and NO ONE from the hotel help me with my luggage from my car. There were any signs for parking available and I was helped by parking guy that indicated me a trolley to carry my luggage. Also NO ONE informed before that the restaurant was on a large room from the Convention Center, the restaurant was on renovation. No ambience for a breakfast neither dinner. Certainly, deleted the hotel from future stays.

I want to highlight two of your hotel employs: First and foremost, Glaudia. About two weeks before my arrival, I contacted the hotel and was connected with Glaudia. She was incredible working with me to arrange transportation from the airport including on the day of arrival into the airport sending me pictures of the vehicle and name of the driver who was picking me up. Upon arrival at the hotel, everything was ready for me. In addition, she worked with me to identify options for Covid-19 testing prior to my return to USA. She called several pharmacies to understand the process. I think some of the communication occurred on some of her off days. The second employee I want to highlight is Alec. Glaudia connected me to him and he was great in helping me organize a service to come to the hotel and conduct my Covid-19 test. He followed up with me to ensure everything had gone well. I am pretty sure the follow-up was during his day off. Also, my last night at the hotel, Alec gave us an excellent recommendation for a Brazilian restaurant. In conclusion, I had a very good stay at Novotel Rio specially because of Glaudia and Alec.
