The experience was ok but, by the price I’ve paid for, I was expecting more from Novotel. The window had a problem that made it no as sealed as it should be - I heard cars on the street all the time while in bedroom - , and the gym… well it is almost just a room with a treadmill and some weights - barely enough for two people. And for for sake, the icon bellow representing a couple as a man and woman in 2023? You should review somethings to stay relevant ;)

I had quite high expectations as a European I know Novotel as a great hotel brand. But a check-in that takes about 20 minutes for every guest/couple is unacceptable. We arrived with three couples and it took an hour, also people waiting behind us. I also excuse the poor receptionist who had no help but was obviously not adequately taught how a check in works. Also, we arrived around 8pm and the bar is already closed as is the pool. And the room is old, things are broken and the bathroom is not very well cleaned. I worked in hotels myself and I know that quality looks different. Sorry for this rating, it is my first bad one on TripAdvisor.

I felt a drop in service and the quality of services provided. So much for maintaining the room (it had a lot of flies and a musty smell). Another point is that I complained about the approach of the receptionist at night! I requested the revalidation of my card, and the attendant asked me if I had paid for the accommodation, in addition to stating very directly that my contract would not entitle me to receive the rewards. However, the other receptionist (Vinicius) that I made my complaint, promptly attended to me and as well tried to repair the inconvenience.

Noisy place and poor service.
