Front office service is great and tremendous, 9 in the evening the business center had shut down and I have some document to print urgently, a kind hearted receptionist help me print it free. I really appreciate that. However, the bathtub in the room is not clean enough I can even see the dust in it, the light in room is dark as well. The garage has enough parking lots which is great and convenient but the garbage station just locate next to the elevator in garage, it smells disgusting and I persuade hotel manager to smell it himself. Overall that’s a fabulous stay although it has some details to approve.

In this morning briefing, our general manager also asked engineering manager to make a exhaust system renovation plan of the underground parking lot. Nice hotel for its class. Front desk service is very good. Location a bit out to the city centre. Surrounding eatery places is limited, very little choice. I would say it is for business hotel not for leisure.
