Excellent experience overall. I do think something needs to be resolved regarding the bed situation in family rooms. The family rooms should come with another bed as standard as you cannot sleep 4 on the large bed.

The hotel is very nice and good, except for two things, one the Air Conditioner needs to be cold the rooms and the hotel where jot not cold. Second the time to check in I confirmed with the hotel by phone that I will check in early by one hour and he told me its possible, after I arrived to the hotel the room was not ready and I had to stay waiting for it.
