I recently stayed the hotel... It was a beautiful stay in ibis Coimbatore.. Food taste was good room and restroom are neat and clean front desk staff was very polite and helpful especially ms.pavithra.... She was very helpful in my stay she guided with tourism places and the taxi thank you so....

Horrible dining

Absolutely zero cleanliness in the dining. It us waste of time to write a review. No kitchen manager, supervisor, No manager on duty. No general manager. IT manager says he is managing 😳 disgusting plates, spoons uncleaned floors and five of 9 tables uncleaned. Nit even a single staff is in the dining. Horrible. Hotel stay is kind of OK.

Had a good and comfortable stay at Ibis Coimbatore. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Pradesh Kumar. He was incredibly helpful throughout – assisted us with cab bookings and always had a friendly, professional attitude. Truly made our stay memorable. Will definitely be coming back, just for him!

Very poor maintenance

The door had to pushed hard to get it locked. The bed linen was stinking so was the bath linen. The flloor in the room had loads of dirt on it and probably was not cleaned or vacuumed for a long time.
