I had a pleasant stay at ibis Coimbatore overall, though the experience had a few drawbacks. The check-in process was not very smooth - I had to wait quite a while both to park my car and at the reception, as there was a queue and each check-in seemed to take a considerable amount of time. The room was comfortable, but the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, sinking in more than expected while sleeping. This might not suit everyone, especially if you prefer firmer support. On the positive side, the food was really good, and the complimentary half-board option was a nice addition that added value to the stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it a good choice for travelers. Overall, a good stay with some areas that could be improved, particularly the check-in experience.

stay was good reception restaurant and all the staff was great lacking was was with toilet as the water closet was aged and there are some black stains in the surface otherwise it was perfect
