The staffs were too good at hospitality especially Sujithra, Sandeep and Koushick. The food was also good. Sujithra always gives me a smooth checkin experience.I stayed for 2 nights but on the 2nd day there were no water bottles kept inside the room. I had to manage with the same water bottles which is not a big deal. But can be rectified. Also when I called the guest service for a query there was no response(approximately from 7.30 to 8.30). I called more than an hour but I didn't get any response which must be taken seriously. The overall experience was really good as always.

I stayed only one night in the hotel. The hotel staff is very warm and helpful. Even though I booked my stay for the next day by oversight, they changed the booking and accommodated me immediately with out any problem.

No porter or valet. Had to drag my bags from the parking lot, up the elevator to the lobby. Sandeep, a trainee, did his best but the checkin process took way too long. Trisha, from Assam, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She exudes a certain warmth and spirit that will be an asset to any hotel. She has what is known as the "Service Mindset". The food was excellent. The room service was almost immediate. I was not greeted by Amareesh at the checkout. Very cold attitude. No offer to help with the bags.

Cleaning of room and billing issue

Cleaning of room not done after information in reception also with key handover and billing invoice it taken more than half hour to give the invoice copy during checkout .For this much service the chargeble amount is same I paid with dissatisfied.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Ibis. It had the cheeriness and colour scheme of a hostel yet the professionalism of a solid 3-star. Breakfast was great, although the 24-hour menu didn't have too many options. Thankfully, Shree Anandhaas is right down the street. The hotel seems extremely clean, we were impressed with the economical layout of the room and happy to have the option of a non-smoking floor.

Myself Anoop S. and I work for Loreal India. I had been staying in Ibis when ever I am in coimbatore from day 1 for my official work. I guess I had stayed 3-4 time in last 6 months. The last time I had an unpleasant experience from one of your front office person as he denied me any early check in. I reached hotel at 8:30am and asked for check in he denied saying check in time is 2pm. I even conveyed to him that if room is available please help and i can check out before 9 am the next day. He strictly said no. I sat in the chair infront of reception till 10:30am. He did not even had the basic courtesy to talk to me or give me some options till I was there I later went out an checked in at the night. I felt the attitude towards a guest who choose Ibis often is not right. Sorry I may not staying in Ibis anymore unless Iam run out of all other options in coimbatore. Thanks The person at the reception was a lean guy with beard. Did not get his name.

Overall good stay but you should train your staff to : 1) Provide two sets of toiletries in the room 2 ) Not charge 90 rupees for a normal 20 rupees Aquafina water bottle at dinning.

Stay was not as comfortable as expected. Mattress was not comfortable and had disturbed sleep for 4 days. Could not find ironing facilities inside the room. Toiletries will limited and of cheap quality.

Experience was Just meeting the requirement type. Window Blind ( room No. (212) was non functional neither it was repaired despite request. Bed side lamp bulb( the one closer to the wash room) was fuse and not replaced. A room booked for Two is provided with one Towel. The second was provided on demand.

An unpleasant experience. Started right from checking in. Majority of hotels provide breakfast complimentary. IBIS had it payable. Ok. But the reception counter staff was argumentative on that point. Had lunch and dinner from the restaurant. A few of the items ordered were informed to be not available. Asked for morning tea on 25th Feb. Was supplied Luke warm tea. When informed there was a curt reaction SORRY. I checked out immediately thereafter. The reception counter staff cannot help in the matter. Someone tried to contact me when I was travelling. I requested him to call me in the evening. No contact since then.
