I would like to formally share my feedback regarding my stay at Ibis Coimbatore, as the overall experience has been quite uncomfortable due to several concerns. Firstly, the mattress in the room is extremely soft. When lying down, the body sinks into the mattress, which results in poor body posture during sleep. Because of this, I am unable to sleep properly and I wake up with noticeable pain in my neck and back. A comfortable and supportive mattress is a basic expectation from a hotel of this standard. Secondly, the dinner quality is quite disappointing. The chicken dishes do not appear to be fresh and seem to be prepared from frozen meat. The overall dinner menu is limited and the food lacks proper taste. Even when I ordered some dishes separately apart from the buffet, both the quantity and quality were poor and did not meet expected hospitality standards. Another concern is the shaving kit provided in the room. The razor is extremely poor in quality and is practically unusable. It is difficult to get even a proper single shave with it. For guests who are staying for official or business purposes, a proper shave is an essential requirement. I would strongly suggest providing better-quality shaving amenities such as **Gillette shaving foam instead of regular shaving soap, and at least a Gillette Vector Razor or equivalent quality razor for guests. I request the management to kindly review the mattress quality, improve the dinner menu and food standards, and upgrade basic guest amenities to ensure a better experience for future guests.
