Was on a MAP plan. Got late around 11 pm at the hotel from a layover flight . Though the buffet section was closed. The staff sent dinner at the room on my request.

Stayed At IBIS City Centre, Coimbatore for 1 night. Requested an early checkin at the time of booking which was denied only when we reached the hotel. Requested a 1 hour extended check out which too was denied. It hurt since the tone of the staff was very very unfriendly. The hotel could also do with better maintenance in the bathrooms, a knob on the WC was not functional and not attended to in 24 hours, after 2 complaints. A request for an extra towel was never attended to. While the hotel is very coveniently placed, they should probably retrain their staff to meet Accor standards.

The welcome from the front desk was bad there was no courtesy I need to wait even though I am an Accor gold member the board was just key as a show piece. The Accor member was not available and it was full .. I need pick my own luggage during check in and out. They Denied laundry.. I would never stay at ibis
