⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at ibis Coimbatore City Centre. I booked the Half Board package because it stated that it included either lunch or dinner. However, after checking in, I was informed that lunch was not available and only dinner could be provided. This was not what I expected when making the booking. The hotel also appeared to be seriously understaffed, which affected the overall service. There were very few staff members available, and service was slow. The bed sheets were not clean when we checked into the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel. As an ALL Platinum member, I was also disappointed with how my membership benefits were handled and explained. The experience was nowhere close to what I have received at other Accor properties. I chose this hotel to celebrate my wife’S. birthday, but the stay did not meet even basic expectations. I hope the management improves housekeeping, staffing, and ensures that the benefits and inclusions shown at the time of booking are clearly honored or communicated.
