Despite the rooms being available, hotel staffs repeatedly said we are sold out. But the rooms were available on site, and after booking your basic rooms for a whooping 10k, we got the rooms. The rooms are too small and stinky. They all have smell of soggy mattresses. Cleanliness is ok, but can't really blame the staff because the rooms are so small. Bathroom is the worst. Really, for a charge of ₹10k for a night bathrooms are terrible. Very small in size, you can't even bath over there properly. Totally disappointed with IBIS.

This IBIS hotel like others I have stayed offerred what is to be expected from this brand. All necessities available in economic scale. A very functional room with all star amenities except space, very useful bar and restaurant, good and veriety of food and generally clean environment. Good parking facility, even a waiting taxi is allowed.

I took buffet breakfast service and the person called Gayathri mentioned the server is bad and took payment from me in her personal Gpay account and mentions she would do transfer later to the hotel account. I was not sure she transferred or collected personally. she shouldn't repeat this to other clients. hope the management would take care.

The room is too small, but the price is 7000+. We got it in a limited deal for 4000, the price is without breakfast. With no other service why one should pay this amount for such a small room with 2twin bed and no space to walk and sit.

The bathroom size is very small, and the shower water flow is very low. Even after your team checked it, they said the water flow cannot be improved. Because the bathroom is so small, my hands keep hitting the wall while bathing, and I am unable to bathe properly. Your team collected the full stay amount upfront, which is not a good practice. I had to pay two days’ rent (almost ₹7000) even before staying, which is not acceptable, especially when I am a corporate employee and booked through my corporate ID. The front office staff insisted on collecting the full amount and were very stubborn about it. There were no proper services provided, and yet the payment was taken upfront. This is unprofessional.

We had to reset the room keys multiple times, which was highly annoying. It was just not for us but others in the group (we had taken 7 rooms), and we could see other guests routinely coming and resetting the keys. When my daughter went and complaint about this to the front desk, they did not take this feedback well, the front desk person was rude and was suggesting it was our fault. I also went and complained and had the same experience.
