Ambience AC is good.. Tea and coffee bags could be more than 1. Room and Toilet are congested. Complementary breakfast (many items served but not tasty). And when you are having breakfast many people will ask for your room number to check if you are entitled for complimentary breakfast. Hotel food is expensive and there are very very few other hotels nearby. Bed is too spongy...

I already stayed 3-4 times room service is very bad and receptionist also I need to ask atleast 2 times to get the things done. And room access card gets deactivated for every 2 days and need to activate again.

Good. However i had been over invoiced with Rs.185 as a room service which i didn't taken. Same, I informed to your reception team. Though they acknowledged that room service bill wrongly updated in 211 instead of other, they told it cant be reimbursed since billed already. Suggest to have a wrong entry correction even after billing also.
