The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage—it’s right across from Lulu Hypermarket, making everything easily accessible. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. The maintenance of the property is substandard. The washroom was not clean. Very Old towels were provided. Waterlog was experienced in bathroom.
