Only issue is the Foxtel freezes for a few seconds every few minutes and then jumps ahead. Which is annoying.

Arrived very late after a bus ride from Cobar. Due to the hour, no availability for beverages etc. Asked for ice to be left in my room fridge via sms..no answer. So rang Ibis and spoke with afternoon shift Sue, from memory. She said she would be able to assist and a bucket of ice was in the fridge for when I arrived. Great customer service. Was exhausted, so enabled me to relax b4 sleep. Thanks so much

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were very comfortable, parking could be an issue especially with some of the larger utes

Clean spacious rooms with daily room service. The usual shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Parking outside the rooms was a bit tight with the big vehicles, still Manageable though. Lovely restaurant on site the food was delicious, sadly not open on Saturday night at present.
