I arrived late and the reception person was very accomodating. The man service breakfast helped me down the stairs with a heavy item.

We had a stopover for one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was average for what we paid.

Our stay at Ibis Broken Hill was amazing. We were upgraded to a more comfortable room without an issue. The one week stay was made so comfortable by the amazing service of all staff. Our room was cleaned, stocked with milk, tea and coffee every day. Everyday felt like coming back home to a clean and refreshing room. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. They had the time and patience to allow us to sleep in and would clean our room no matter when we left. They became friends with us and we would chat everyday and they would suggest what we could do or where we could visit around Broken Hill. It was the best hotel stay and a memorable one. I’m grateful for the service provided.

Comfortable stay. Nice pool. Restaurant was closed due to low season. Car parking is inadequate in relation to the number of rooms .
