The staff are lovely remembering your name and providing friendly professional service. The rooms are small and if you are staying a few nights it means there is no room to unpack your bag or spread out. For this reason I am looking at alternatives. The rooms are modern and clean. It is very close to town so conveniently located. The S-Que restaurant has amazing food.

I appreciate the competitive pricing of ALL hotels but fail to understand why there are not 2 lounge/comfortable chairs in each room for guests to watch TV or be able to entertain guests without lying on the bed.

I recently spent four nights at the ibis Styles Broken Hill for work. Kyle looked after our whole party so well from check-in to breakfast, to dinner service. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, I would absolutely recommend staying here when in Broken HIll.
