Dear Joe, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Nottingham City Centre George Hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I can confirm all rooms at our hotel come with heating and A/C. Should any assistance with the controls to ensure the desired temperature was obtained, our reception team would have been delighted to assist. I am sorry should they not have had this opportunity. Our windows can also be opened upon request but are locked shut as found to ensure the best sound proofing is obtained due to the noisy location we are within. I am sorry to hear of the dissatisfaction felt from the bar on the ground floor which is a neighboring business. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
