The hotel location is nice and peaceful, great for relaxing. Staff are polite and always smile. However, the breakfast variety could be better, and the bathroom amenities need to be refreshed. The air conditioner took a while to cool the room, but the housekeeping staff responded quickly when we asked for help. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Bali Nusa Dua. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The pool area and gardens were beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast had a good selection, although it could be improved with more local dishes. The room was comfortable but could use some minor maintenance. Overall, it was a great value for money and I’d be happy to return.

The hotel has potential — nice pool and friendly staff — but maintenance needs more attention. During my stay, the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, and some facilities looked a bit dated. However, the team was responsive when we reported the issue and tried their best to make things right. I appreciate their effort and hope to see improvements next time.

Overall, my stay at Mercure Bali Nusa Dua was pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, I think the breakfast options could be improved, especially for guests staying longer. The room was spacious but could use a little refresh in some areas. Still, it’s good value for money and the service made up for the small issues.
