Overall not bad. Location is good, though have to go around a little from the airport bus stop. Rooms are okish, the bathroom is a little small. Wish there were humidifier, shoes horn, and a desk mirror. The lobby can be crowded sometimes. Staff are friendly in general.

Rooms were relatively new, but toilets could have been renovated together with the rooms. The toilet is tiny, and there is hardly any room to navigate during shower.

Gym was very hot - needs airconditioning

As for the guest rooms, our hotel operates on a central cooling system. We understand that this may not always meet individual preferences for room temperature, and we appreciate your patience in this matter. The hotel is right downtown in the Insadong shopping district close to the temples and shrines you can walk to most attractions. You are right over two subway lines a few minutes walk so can easily get to any other place in the city (river cruises, tower, starfield library). Hotel is good value clean and comfortable.
