The hotel is located in a strategic point, very close to public transport. Really easy to understand how to reach them. The room is very welcoming and comfortable, really great both for those who want to relax a bit and for those who just need a nice place to stay. The staff is super helpful and prepared. In particular we spoke with Joseph from department 70 who was really kind and gave us excellent advice on how to get around by metro, how to buy train tickets and how to reach other cities. Highly recommended!!

Areived late night and was greeted by Jaden who assisted us upon check in, had minor hiccup in our booking but was managed to resolve the issue promptly the next day. Thank you Jaden! He’s very attentive and accommodating to our needs, even requested for additional pillow coz the room set up was only one per bed. Hehe. Thank you too to Joseph who showed us a feeling of home away from home! Yes they all are! The managers, all SAs, sorry wasn’t able to get all the names but all are amaaaazing! The location was great too! In between Insadong and Ikseondong! Just couple of hundre meters away from bus and subway. Convenience store, cafes and restaurants around! The hotel was quite dated as it shows, but currently the hotel was in the middle of refurbishment and expect some noisy works at some sort, If I’m not mistaken, will be finished by mid April. Sad there’s no gym and roofdeck tho. Will definitely be back! Amazing hard rock!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were quite roomy and clean as well as quiet, but the gym facilities were a little unsatisfactory. The large public bath is very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my time there.
