Hotel location very close to transport, interesting restaurants, Culture Street, Kimchi museum- liked the vibe of the area Hotel staff very helpful especially Joseph Rooms were comfortable and quiet I look forward to returning next time I am in Korea

Although, the facility was relatively nice abd comfortable. The reception service is rather fall short. There is lack in communication between staffs from different shift which caused misunderstanding about payment. Staff service can be improved.

Conveniently located hotel, minutes away from 2 train stations, palaces, 24h convenience stores and many shops, bars etc. Lovely staff and very helpful. The hotel even has coin laundry facilities. It is a bit dated and shows its age in the rooms - time for a refurbishment.

Breakfast is same good thing we missed breakfast after the third night, airconditioning is hardset at 24 C and will not get colder than that, (it's cooler outside). Supposed "couch" did not have any foam. Nice toilet seat, reception was accommodating to our request to book a taxi.
