Overall it was a good experience. I liked the room service. The bathroom service was not good, the towels were smelling weird.

It was pleasant and quiet, we arrived at 5 AM and had to leave at 12 noon. I wished your plan could accommodate a situation like my to aloud to stay till 3 or 4 o’clock without an extra cost. The Receptionist was very knowledgeable and kind. May God Bless! Thank You

It was ok. We got there and the front desk lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made it very easy and fast check in. when I got to the room with my daughter everything was fine. We just drop off our luggage and went out for dinner when we got back to the room I had more time to look at the room and noticed a lot of hair In the bathroom corners and some around the floor. I didn’t sleep well thinking about how dirty everything must be. I was Very disappointed

despite my cousin has had a disagreement upon check in because of an inexperienced receptionist, the general manager Fabiano was very skilled at quickly solving the problem. Other than that our stay was very good and we hope to return more often to the hotel. My only complaints are that the underground garage is too tight for wide vehicles and the online check-in that wasn't working.

Always the service is very good and honest. During our last time in Ourinhos, the room was not cleaned well, such simple things as push the toilet and take off the hair from the floor. Perhaps it was due the holidays season and the lack of staff that they.

I really enjoyed my time at Ibis Ourinhos. The rooms were clean and the building was well maintained. The restaurant/bar area had many options, and the people were all extremely nice. I was fortunate to stay at the hotel several weeks for a work engagement, and by the third day people knew me on a first name basis. The people who maintained the restaurant/bar area (I believe it was a woman named Re and a man named Cleyton) were super kind to me during my stay. I was actually a bit sad to leave, but I would have no hesitation to stay again if I return! Thanks again for the hospitality.
