The water in my room had a film on it-- very weird and would not remove the soap?

Room 564 had a funny thing happening to the water. My wife and I noticed a film in the water without any odor that would not wash away even with soap. both the faucet and the shower had the issue but when we washed our hands downstairs the water was fine.

When we arrived, the clerck informed us that the hotel could only accept one pet, and I was with two dogs (yorkshire, less than 2kg each one), and one of them is an old one, 16 years, not possible even to walk. I complained, cause it was not our first time in the hotel, with both dogs, and there was no previously information about this policy. Then, the manager come to us, in a very rude way, and said for this time, he would accept it, but not next time. The way we were treated was very inappropriate and with indifference, as they were not welcoming and did not care about the guest. This is not a pet "friendly" hotel, and we will not come back as the manager himself suggests. Quando chegamos, o atendente nos informou que o hotel só aceitava um animal de estimação, e eu estava com dois cachorros (yorkshire, menos de 2kg cada), sendo que um deles é idoso, 16 anos, não dá nem para passear . Reclamei, pois não era a primeira vez que estávamos no hotel, com os dois cães, e não havia nenhuma informação prévia sobre esta política. Aí o gerente veio até nós, de uma forma muito rude, e disse que desta vez aceitaria, mas não da próxima. A forma como fomos tratados foi muito inadequada e com indiferença, pois não foram acolhedores e não se importaram com o hóspede. Este não é um hotel que aceita animais de estimação e não voltaremos como o próprio gerente sugere.
