We were welcome in a friendly manner.Check in was quick and smoothly done.lovely clean room.The food was 10/10 .delicious and presented beautifully by Sandeep ,I think his name was, and a lovely smiling dark haired petite lady that worked in the evenings with him.We were waited on and was made to feel so special. I would definitely stay at the Ibis ,blackfriars again if I came to London. The only thing that bothered me a bit was being woken twice in the night by a loud noise about 3 am and again about 5am .it sounded like industrial bins being emptied or a heavy truck or something. It may have been something near and nothing to do with the hotel ,so it wasn't worth mentioning. I didn't hear it on the second night. Overall ,i have never travelled alone with my daughter before and the staff went out of there way above and beyond.
