Centrally located great rooms, good food and beverage and very helpful and friendly reception crew. I would recommend staying here as it’s halfway between the eye and London tower. Once you have had a busy day out and about there is also local pubs, a supermarket and street food nearby, or you can simply relax in the restaurant and bar. We throughly enjoyed the stay.

Great Stay, however, the food let down the overall score.

This is my second stay and gladly return. The rooms are spacious, clean and I love the view from the higher floors. Staff at reception both times were really helpful so nice welcome.. Breakfast is good and like the pancake machine!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional- kind, helpful and always willing to Jo the extra mile to assist us. My one complaint is the pillows could be a little better. Some were flat and some had half soft half hard consistency.
