I had a day room. The usb and plug socket for my laptop didn't work. I had to unplug the phone to plug in my laptop. There was no body cream or shower cap in the room. The hotel did kindly let me stay half an hour longer due to my train being delayed and room service was prompt but the electrics need to be looked at.

The hotel is lovely clean staff are very nice & welcoming I had a breakfast included in the price which was very disappointing chaotic is how i would describe it should either be a served breakfast or more staff and better lay out needed. Spoiled what was looking to be like a first class venue
