Bon séjour dans l'ensemble dans cet hôtel bien situé et à l'architecture intéressante. Cependant, nous sommes arrivés vendredi 27 juin un peu après 9 h pour trouver une réception non éclairée et déserte. Il nous a fallu attendre 30 min d'errance dans le loby pour qu'enfin une femme arrive pour nous recevoir en nous faisant bien sentir que nous ne méritions pas l'attention d'une personne comme elle. Nous n'avions encore rien dit... Par ailleurs, les deux machines à café sont nettement sous dimensionnées pour la foule des clients au petit déjeuner.

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Mercure Olbia. We expected the quality and service typical of the Accor brand, but this experience fell far below even basic standards — not what we would expect from a hotel marketed as 4-star. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and despite requesting assistance from staff, no one came to resolve the issue. We had to spend the entire night in a hot and uncomfortable room with a toddler, which was extremely difficult and unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast was very poor in both quality and selection — again, not what one expects at a hotel of this level. We paid £254 for one night, expecting comfort and proper service. Unfortunately, this stay felt like a waste of money. In hindsight, we would have been better off booking a 3-star hotel, where at least we would have received service that matched the price. I would not recommend this hotel to others, and I hope management seriously reconsiders how they maintain guest comfort and uphold the standards of the Mercure and Accor brands.

A primeira vez correu melhor que a segunda. A casa de banho não estava bem, uma das toalhas tinha cabelos e deixaram um sabonete usado no chuveiro. Nao corresponde a um hotel de 4 estrelas. Pequeno almoço fraco.

Very good hotel,perfect spa,nice food, nice hotel rooms, the hotel is located near Olbia sentrum. I recomend very much. It's nice for families with kids or teenagers. Very nice service too. Everything was clean and beautful. If we are going to go back to Olbia we are defintely going to sleep at this hotel! Everything was 10/10!
