I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Mercure Olbia. We expected the quality and service typical of the Accor brand, but this experience fell far below even basic standards — not what we would expect from a hotel marketed as 4-star. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and despite requesting assistance from staff, no one came to resolve the issue. We had to spend the entire night in a hot and uncomfortable room with a toddler, which was extremely difficult and unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast was very poor in both quality and selection — again, not what one expects at a hotel of this level. We paid £254 for one night, expecting comfort and proper service. Unfortunately, this stay felt like a waste of money. In hindsight, we would have been better off booking a 3-star hotel, where at least we would have received service that matched the price. I would not recommend this hotel to others, and I hope management seriously reconsiders how they maintain guest comfort and uphold the standards of the Mercure and Accor brands.

A primeira vez correu melhor que a segunda. A casa de banho não estava bem, uma das toalhas tinha cabelos e deixaram um sabonete usado no chuveiro. Nao corresponde a um hotel de 4 estrelas. Pequeno almoço fraco.

Very good hotel,perfect spa,nice food, nice hotel rooms, the hotel is located near Olbia sentrum. I recomend very much. It's nice for families with kids or teenagers. Very nice service too. Everything was clean and beautful. If we are going to go back to Olbia we are defintely going to sleep at this hotel! Everything was 10/10!

Arriviamo alle 13.30 e la reception ci rimbalza dicendo che i check in sono dalle 14.15 . Forse almeno verificare se c'erano due camere già disponibili sarebbe stato carino ?! O chiedere se volevamo lasciare i bagagli !? Nulla . Poi alle 14.3o una fila lentissima per fare check in perchè una persona sola alla reception ! Mah ! Devono rivedere anche funzionamento aria condizionata ed un po' la colazione ( niente frutta )

Changement de chambre après trois jours sans climatisation et sans eau chaude. Nous avons réussi à changer car nous nous sommes pointés devant l'accueil avec nos bagages, sinon on attendait encore. La literie n'est pas confortable, l'hôtel est vieillissant. Heureusement le personnel est agréable et bon petit dejeuner.

Hôtel situé à quelques pas du centre historique d olbia , grande chambre , proprete , buffet petit déjeuner très bien . Quartier pas top 2 grand bâtiments abandonnés à côté . Piscine agréable par contre salade prohibitive au vu de ce qu on a mis dedans un poke bol avec à peine du riz je n avais jamais vu pour 15€ c était très exagéré , service manque de sourire et chaleur

Accueil passable, peu d'informations, pas mention du restaurant. Une panne d'électricité, ascenseur hors service, aucun message écrit ou oral pour informer les clients, les employés restent dans leur bureau au lieu de vous expliquer la situation. J'ai attendu au moins 10 minutes devant le pupitre du restaurant avant qu'un serveur ne vienne, alors qu'il discutait au bar avec un autre serveur!.
