It is one of the few 5 stars hotels in the National Park area. The hotel was a bit dated but was still maintained well. There is not much luxury enviroment but the people who work there were all very friendly and helpful. The tour arrangement was a great experience and we had a great time during the visit. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit not so quality in terms of everything especially when there were so many tour groups dining at the same time.

Hi there.loved the service from all staff. Room however was very very shabby and in need of an upgrade.furniture was chipped and worn.grout in shower was black with mould..a health concern if you have a hot shower.also room on walking in was filled with cigarette smoke.even came in while aircon was on.everytime we returned to the room we got cigarette smell.even noticed our clothes by morning stunk of cigarettes.

Hotel room is very comfortable and the hotel is at a good location, walking distance to the east gate of forest park. Umbrella is provided in the room, very sincere. Breakfast buffet offers lot of options. Love the welcome drink - cocktail. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Disappointed that club floor was not opened. Hotel should inform in advance as renovation is a known and planned event. In any case, there was no renovation going on when I went to check. Rooms are old, gym is pathetic, breakfast was crowded and food was bad. Very disappointed with this Pullman.
