Good location close to park entrance and all restaurant and city, overwhelming smell of tobacco everywhere inclduing rooms, personnel hardly speaking english

Very friendly n efficient staff, especially Jerry who arranged our tickets and tour of the park. Plus good advices such as transportation to train station in the esrly morning hour. Only complain is we cannot adjust the room temperature to lower degree
