Absolutely amazing stay! We told them it was our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond by upgrading our room and leaving fresh fruit for us. The room was spotless with daily cleaning, the location was perfect, and the hotel was so peaceful. The staff were super friendly and everything was completely perfect. A truly magical experience!

I was given a very roomy and comfy room at level 7 when travelling in Aug. I like the swimming pool. Watched the drone show the 1st night of arrival. Restaurants are in walking distance, hotel's facilities were great.

Staff were lovely and helpful, the Pullman has the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel we have stayed in on this trip and it is super convenient location for the East gate entrance with lots of local cuisine on the doorstep!

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, caring, and professional. They all made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Jerry Zheng and Mark from the Concierge team. Their excellent advice on local attractions and transportation made our sightseeing much easier and saved us valuable time.
I would also like to thank Anne Wang, who kindly lent me a laptop so I could book our next trip to Xi'an. Her willingness to help was greatly appreciated.
I also thoroughly enjoyed the live music during Happy Hour. The male singer's beautiful performance brought back many wonderful memories and created such a warm, relaxing atmosphere. It added a special touch to our stay and made the experience even more memorable.
Finally, Xiaolin Li and Tingchao Hu at the bar provided exceptional service with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their sincere care and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable.
We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s centrally located and provides easy access to all of Zhangjiajie’s main attractions. Unfortunately, the property itself feels quite dated. The rooms appear not to have been renovated or modernized in many years.
When we checked in, our room had a noticeable odor that made it feel as though it needed a thorough cleaning. The carpet smelled musty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed after the previous guests. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and condition of the rooms left us disappointed.

While the location is excellent, the hotel is in clear need of renovation. I found it unreasonable that swim caps are mandatory for the outdoor pool, and if they are required, they should be provided free of charge rather than sold. Furthermore, the shower in the room was not functioning properly. Although the lounge was closed for ongoing renovations, the substitute lobby service should have been of a higher standard to compensate for the inconvenience.
