We stayed for 2 nights at Pullman Zhangjiajie and enjoyed the stay there. The location is superb with only 5 minutes walk to the river where there's light and music show every night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The highlight is the customer service we received from Mark, the concierge who helped us with everything. He greeted us at night when we walked along the river and gave us good tips even when he's already finished working for the day.

Great location for visiting national park. Walking distance to main gate. In-house travel agent sells tickets at no mark up (verified) and gives you great advice. Makes instant changes etc. just a very pleasant place to be. It's an older hotel but very clean and we'll maintained.

Perfect location, about a 15 minute walk from the entrance to Zhangjiajie national park. Has a good variety of food and beverage (including whiskies), and has a lot of western food options for those of us who are picky. I only stayed 2 days near Zhangjiajie and didn't nearly do everything I wanted to, and would like to return someday - if I do, I will certainly stay here.
