we had a good time at the hotel . fantastic location . good chinese food and restaurant and good services etc .The hotel looks slight aged ? it seems not to be the case . we enjoyed our stay there and the price is cheap for 4.5 stars

On the positive side, great front office team, very helpful. Large rooms with very comfortable mattress. On the negative side, room need some maintenance. The cleaning of the room needs to improve. I found a peanut on the floor when we checked in. The worst part was the breakfast, very bad quality of food and no service at all. No food refills, The Chefs in the egg station they don’t care at all. We tried breakfast at different times, busy period and quiet period, except two ladies that we could see they where working hard the rest of the staff were just walking slowly around doing nothing and with a very upset faces. No the best thing to see in the morning

It is one of the few 5 stars hotels in the National Park area. The hotel was a bit dated but was still maintained well. There is not much luxury enviroment but the people who work there were all very friendly and helpful. The tour arrangement was a great experience and we had a great time during the visit. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit not so quality in terms of everything especially when there were so many tour groups dining at the same time.
