The hotel is in the city centre. There is a shopping mall just opposite the hotel. The room I had stayed was comfortable. Everything was smooth at Ibis Manado.

The staff here are lovely, and the front desk was very helpful during our stay. The location is convenient, with the mall located right across the road. While the rooms are basic they are entirely adequate and any minor issues we had were resolved quickly. The only drawback is the on-site dining and room service—based on our experience you will find better and faster food options nearby.

Service here was exceptional for a 3-star hotel, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good with a nice selection. The room itself was clean and comfortable with no odd odors, though the bathroom could have been a little bigger—but considering the price, it was still great value. The only small downside was the self-closing bathroom door, which made it hard to keep open when we wanted to let things dry inside. Location is excellent, directly across from a large mall, and bike parking is available, which was very convenient. Overall, a very solid stay and good value for money.
