I've stayed in IBIS hotels before so I knew what I was in for but this was even worse than expected. The room was very small there were ZERO amenities, a small toilet room, shower and sink in the middle of the room. No place to put a bag that is out of the way, AC barely worked and on top of all this the staff at check in was not nice and charged additional $ from what my friend had on his reservation. Additional when asking staff for some local information they handed a bad map. There are better options elsewhere TRUST ME!

Friendly and helpful receptionist, spacious dining area and small lounge, but tiny bedroom with no storage space and barely any shelf space, plus the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced.

Dear Mr B. Thank you very much for your stay at our hotel and for taking the time to tell us about your impressions and experiences. We do everything we can to offer you the best possible quality of service during each of your stays. Your opinion is therefore of great interest to us. Unfortunately, apart from an unsatisfactory hotel rating, you did not give us any comments, so we are wondering what the reason for our lack of service was. The rating system is 10 for very satisfied to 1 for very dissatisfied/unacceptable. On average, you only rate us with six points and would only recommend the hotel to others to a limited extent. As we are constantly scrutinising our service and the rating is therefore extremely important to me, I would like to know from you whether this reflects your impressions accordingly or whether the rating system (10-1) led to a misunderstanding. Happy overall. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location was just a bit worse than I anticipated in terms of the walk into the centre beinhf quite difficult. The hotel itself though absolutely fine.
